Schnix was formed within a younger mixel's mind, a troubled one at that, to the point where the Mixel had nightmares, thus giving Schnix a defect.
This defect caused Schnix to make nightmares instead of dreams, and because of this defect, they were sealed within a painting for about maximum Mixel knows how long, but it's said at least forever.
Despite being sealed within the painting, Shcnix found out they could communicate with mixels through their dreams, which eventually led them to meeting Gillbert at some point.
Headcanons:
🎭- Schnix doesn't know that much about the Mixel World, they didn't even mix before.
🎭- They have the mindset of a child, sometimes a troubled one.
🎭- Bipolar, also might have BPD.
🎭- Their face can shift and transform into different things, like shapes, etc etc.
🎭- Voice can speak at fast speed, mostly when stressed.
