After Spinza succumbed to becoming a criminal, Mysto gone and Cobrax gone missing, Booger was all alone thinking he was to blame for all this. This caused him to self(OOF), to his arms to his legs, spreading pain onto his body.
That's until he was found by Camillot (Twisted!Evil Prince Camillot) who was seemingly possessed at the moment, luckily he came back to his senses and panicked.
Camillot eventually took Booger to the castle in order to recover, and from that day forward, Booger stays inside the castle with Camillot and the others(while still inflicting pain on himself when no one is around)
