☆The Next Morning☆

"We will begin conducting physical examinations shortly. All students please proceed to the clinic, in your respective school building." All the students got up from their desk, and made their way towards the clinic.

Karlie and Emily walked together, with the twins on the right side of Karlie, and Haruhi next to Emily.

"So what's the physical exams going to be like? I'm kinda nervous..." Karlie asked, scratching her chin.

"Yeah? Is it like the ones you have to take for sports, or is it different?" Emily added, with her arms folded behind her head.

"I think so. It's basically no different than a physical exam you'd get at any other school." Hikaru said, looking down at Emily.

"Yeah, why would a physical exam be any different, just because we're rich." Karlie sighed with relief.

She reached for the door handle, looking back with a grin.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. I shouldn't be..." she opened the door, she stopped mid sentence.

Inside Emily and her were greeted with a line of nurses in pink uniforms, and doctors with warm, welcoming smiles.

Karlie and Emily's eyes sparkled, with pure amazement.
"Oh my god, I still can't believe we're here." Emily whispered in Karlie's ear. "Yeah..."

Haruhi was at a loss of words, when she saw the doctors and nurses. "W-What is all this?"

"Just another physical exam."

"The usual." The twin walked in, like it was normal.

"Umm...the u-usual..." Karlie stuttered, walking in with Emily at her side.

Everyone casually waltzed in just like it was an ordinary day, while Karlie, Emily and Haruhi looked at each other. They were wondering what the hell they were supposed to do. Then, two nurses walked up to the twin, curtsying in their presents. The besties looked at the exchange with curiosity, while Haruhi just groaned in annoyance.

Just then three nurses walked up to them.
"Hello! Mr. Fujioka, Mr. Hellbusch, Mr. Haggs. We will be your nurses for the exams this afternoon."

"O-Okay..."
"Please follow us." One of the nurses grabbed Haruhi's hand, who made a chain link with Karlie, and Emily.

As they were walking off, Karlie and Emily's eyes moved towards the same direction. They spotted Honey-senpai, and Mori-senpai, fully dressed in doctor's uniforms. Girls all around giggled about the two, with some asking questions.

"Are you seeing this?" asked Emily.
"Yeah..." Karlie blinked.

The two upper classmates placed a finger to their lips, shushing them. The girl blinked with disbelief.

"Those two are so obvious..." Haruhi sweatdropped.

"I've got those two for back up just in case something happens." Kyoya's sudden voice explains.

"But why are they in doctor's disguise?" Haruhi asked.

"They're just helping to set the mood. Disguise makes our operation feel like a real espionage mission." Haruhi didn't want to believe what he just said, but did anyway.
Karlie chuckled, as Emily continued to looked around.

She noticed that all of the doctor's were always happy, never frowning or having a bad attitude towards the students. Something that wouldn't be real in their world.
