Chapter 11 Rush
Third person pov.
With Happy
Right after Dove got into the school safely was when Happy got into his car, shutting the car door right behind him hard. He was fast to stick his key into the car slot and turning it on, his seatbelt was on faster than the car starting on. He pulled out fast from his parking spot and drove away. He was being fast, but cautious and safe as he did this all. He didn't want to cause any accidents after all, plus he is mainly a safe guy who was off to figure out his theory; doing so, safely.
He couldn't believe what he had seen in this school or more of who he might have met in that school. He has seen all those soulmarks before on people he works with everyday.
Tony has become one of Happy's best friends. The two considered each other close friends or even more, they considered each other close family. One night when Happy brought his dinner to the lab, Tony started talking about soulmates and how much he would love to meet his soulmate. He wanted to be able to kiss and hold them in his arms or just to be close to them. Happy was there for all he had to say that night, he even was able to see Tony’s soulmark and Dove had it. She has it on the same spot Tony has it. So if there is a possibility that she’s Tony's soulmate, he's going to try and find out if it's true and if he's wrong, well he's wrong, but he feels like he is right.
He needed to make sure that he was right or wrong, and he is going to test this out and find if she was the soulmate of,
Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Wanda Maximoff, Pietro Maximoff, Peter Parker, Clint Barton, Okoye, Thor, Steve Roger, Sam wilson, Scott Lang, Peter Quill and Shuri?
He really was hoping he was right. He wants Tony and the others to be happy with their soulmate.
Time skip
Happy made it fast, but safely to the tower in good time. He throws off his seatbelt and opens the car door fast and gets out of it even faster. At this point Happy was rushing to get in and find one of the people that's on his list in his head.
He slams his car door shut and rushes to the elevator doors. He slams on the button harshly and stepped back and waited a few seconds before the door dinged and opened for him. He steps in fast and presses the floor that he thinks he could find one of maybe Dove's soulmates.
Happy felt like everything was taking so long. Everything felt like minutes when really it was only a few seconds to him. He was feeling excited, but also stressed. This time he really thinks that she could be Tony's soulmate and it was driving him crazy to know if it's true or not. He was stressed he was wrong.
The elevator doors open and he steps out of it. He looked around and saw teens, teachers and some agents, but no one he was really looking for. He steps in a little bit more and comes across Bucky.
Bucky stops and raises his eyebrow at him, he knows that Happy was supposed to be at the school then here, “Hey, Happy what are you doing here?” he asks.
Happy shakes his head, “I came back because I need to talk to either Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Wanda Maximoff, Pietro Maximoff, Peter Parker, Clint Barton, Okoye, Thor, Steve Roger, Sam Wilson, Scott Lang, Peter Quill and or Shuri. Have you seen any of them?" he asks, still looking around the room for any of them.
Bucky shrugs his shoulders and looks around for anyone Happy asked for, but ends up shrugging his shoulders again and looks back at Happy. There are too many people to recognize any of their friends and teammates through this crowd, plus some of the people he asked for are doing something already, “no, but I think Tony, Pepper, King T'challa, Princess Shuri, Rhodey and Natasha are on the stage talking right now. Peter is up stairs watching the whole thing up to the main floor with…, Peter, Clint and Pietro. And the others are just walking around seeing how it is going" he said.
Happy nods his head. That wasn't really any help, but Bucky at least tried to help him, “Ok, thank you” he said and quickly walked away from Bucky without saying anything else. He went straight to the elevators and pressed the button he needed again. He stood there for a good minute until it opened for him again. He walks in and turns around and presses the button that will take him to the others, hopefully.
His plan is to figure out if she's the soulmate of some of the avengers. First he will find one of them, then he will take them to her and see if he was right. Though, he only really wants to bring one or two with him. When you meet your soulmate your soulbonds connecting processes are painful and adding more than two at a time is going to hurt her even more. So, he will stick with just one or two of them right now.
He just wanted to see if his theory was right.
Third person pov.
Back to Dove, Anna and Damon.
Dove stands in front of the mix master, turning it on once again. She steps back and watches the wet ingredients mix together well again, “How's it going over there Babe. How are the cookies going?” Damon asks Anna over the mix master sound.
They were doing good with what they were given to do.
Anna looks up from rolling the cookie dough into medium size balls to her boyfriend, “It's going good. The timer hasn't gone off yet” she said looking back down. She continued what she was doing; rolling the dough into medium size balls and placing them on free cookie trays.
The plan they had was working perfectly. “Though, I'm almost done with the bowl.”
