Chapter 18 Tony

Third person pov.
With Dove and Peter
Small time skip.

Once again the bathroom was quiet, just like before. The two stood in silences as they stared down at the bright glowing soulmark.

Peter's eyes move around the bright glowing soulmark and the longer he looks the more his eyes go big as he recognizes the soumark, he knows who that one belongs to, he definitely knows who that one belongs to. Tony Stark. But his shock of the soulmark didn't last long, his eyes shifted a second and landed on the bruises and at that moment of his eyes glazing over to the side ended with him only being distracted with the bruises and cuts.

The thought of losing the only alone time he had with her washed right away when he saw the pain that was inflicted on her, physically and probably mentally too. He needed to know how her body became this way, so bruised and cut up.

Dove was shocked because she never really thought she would ever meet her soulmates in her lifetime, especially two on the same day, so meeting one was shocking, painful, scary and overwhelming already. Now knowing that another soulmate of hers is close to her has shocked, scared and overwhelmed her all over again, then alongside everything else, she has the extreme pain that goes through her whole body, it just brings more emotions and sickness right her way.

This gross heavy feeling filled her chest, head and eyes and before she could react to it or say anything, her world went black once again and her body went limp.

Peter looks up to her face and his eyes go wide when he sees her eyes roll to the back of her head and her body goes limp. He instantly wraps his arms around her and hugs her tightly to him so she wouldn't fall to the ground. A second later, he was fixing how he was holding her.

He wanted to lay her down so she could be more comfortable when she wakes up. So without another thought, he left the bathroom with her in his arms tightly and started his way down the hallway, but he stopped in his tracks when he saw Tony walking his way. 

Tony's eyes snap down towards Peter's arms, and he instantly stops in his own tracks when he sees her face and the bruises that are all over it, more pain stuck all over him, but he pushed through it. “What happened to her?” Tony asks through clenched teeth. The pain was still so strong in the two soulmates.

Peter shakes his head and looks away from Tony to her, “I don't know. I've tried finding out but… she's too scared to tell. As for right now all I want to do is find a place to lay her down on,” he said.

Tony nods his head agreeing with him, “F.R.I.D.A.Y. scan for a room with a couch, please” he said. The glasses he was wearing did what was asked of, it scanned around him and a few seconds later he found a room that had one.

Tony took the lead to the classroom and a short minute or so later they got to the room and laid her carefully on the couch. Right as they thought she was comfortable, Tony grabs Peter's arm and drags him slightly away from their soulmate.

Peter rubs the back of his neck as he looks around the room, he really didn't know what to do at the point, “What has she told you? Why does she look like she got out of the ring?” Tony asks Peter quietly. “All she has told me so far has been mostly lies. She told me that she had fallen down the stairs last night when she went to get a glass of water. I call bullshit on that, but she's sticking with it. And…. she told me….” Peter drags on to a stop.

He didn't know if he should tell him about his soulmate having twenty-five soulmates. Should she? Or should he help her out and just tell him?

Tony looks at her with a raised eyebrow, “What? What is it? What are you not telling me?” he asks him quickly. He was being impatient again. He just semi met his soulmate who is covered in bruises and cuts and with that he needs as much information he can get right now about her. He needs to know why she is covered in bruises and cuts.

Peter kept his eyes off of Tony as he rubbed the back of his neck, “she… has twenty-five soulmates. Of course I’m one of them” he said.

Tony's body tensed in his spot. He expected that she had two, Peter and him… not twenty-five, “What? What did you just say?”

“That I have twenty-five soulmates”

Peter and Tony’s head snap to the side to where the voice came from and they land onto Dove. She is sitting up with her hand on her head. She still felt the gross feeling in her chest, head and eyes, with that she still had the pain that is taking over her body. She felt dizzy again.

Tony walks over to her and takes a seat beside her, he had her full attention, “I’m sorry. If you don't want me because of that, you can reject me. I will understand” she said, leaning her back onto the couch and closing her eyes as she waited for the rejections that might come her way.

Tony looks to Peter with an raised eyebrow, was she being serious with him? He wasn't going to reject her because she has twenty-five soulmates. Was he pleased with it? No, of course not. But it won't really change anything about it. It really means that she was given twenty-five soulmates for a reason.

Peter shrugs his shoulders and comes over too, he takes the seat on the couch right beside her too.

She opens her eyes when she feels Peter sit beside her, she looks at him and then to Tony, right at that moment she froze in her spot.

She sat right beside Tony fricken Stark, right as her eyes landed on him the pain was washing away from the two of them. Tony had accepted her and when he did, she did too and with that both of their pains washed away from their bodies.

“I'm not going to reject you because you have twenty-five soulmates. I'm shocked, yes. Mad about it, no. Annoyed about sharing you, totally” he said as he pushed some hair away from her eyes.

She sat there staring at him in shock that one of her soulmates is Tony Stark, one of her crushes. She had no words at this moment.
