After the intense ending of the first round of Rangarok, the gods decided that it would be best to take a little break in order to process what had happened. Well, what really happened was that the gods kicked out the humans and Valkyries from the parliamentary room in order to have a discussion of what had just happened.
The valkyries and humans, now apart from the eyes of the gods, decided that it would be best to talk about the viewing on their own.
But first, let's see what the gods were talking about.
"So... we've all come to an agreement about this matter, right?" Zeus asked the rest of the gods, and none raised their voice in disagreement. "In that case, the Ragnarok that we are watching will not be the one to dictate our decision on whether humanity lives or dies! That is the will of the gods!"
The sound of Zeus' mace resonated through the entire arena, and with that decision having been made, the old man lowered his hammer and looked at the gods with a smile.
"Now that the matter has been settled, I think that it would be best to discuss what happened." Zeus said as he smiled at everyone present. "In my opinion, I think we need to thank Valkyrie for her decision to start the Ragnarok."
"L-Lord Zeus!?" One of the gods present exclaimed in shock. "How can you say something like that? That Valkyrie not only insulted the pride of the gods but also dared to go against us!"
"Yes, yes, that is certainly the truth, and she will be punished for that." Zeus said while letting out a little chuckle that caused a shiver to go down the spines of everyone present. "But you cannot deny that the challenge of the valkyrie has given us amusement. The fight between Thor and Lu is such an example; to believe there would be a human that could go against Thor... heheh, it makes me tremble with excitement to see my round."
"I agree with the old man!" Shiva exclaimed while raising his hand. "After seeing the first fight, we need to put on our own Ragnarok. I want to see what Valkyrie comes up with for my fight."
"Exactly. Now, apart from the insult part, does anyone have any other complaint against Ragnarok?" Zeus asked, and for the first time in the Council of Valhalla, there was not a single complaint. "Excellent. Now we only need to discuss the possible threats that that human was trying to warn us about."
Meanwhile, in a certain part of the parliament, Apollo, the god of light, was looking around with confusion, unable to locate someone. As such, he turned to look at Ares with a friendly smile.
"Hey, my godly friend." Apollo said, causing the god of war to grunt with annoyance. "Have you seen Thor-chan? I am sure that he was here just a few seconds ago."
"What are you talking about? He is right." Ares was about to point to the Nordic section of the arena before seeing that everyone was there but one god. "Where did he go?"
