Going All The Way

Aidan was leaving in 2 days and he was saying goodbye to all his friends today and then coming over later to hang out with me.

I fed Max, and then took him for a run. After that, I took a shower and then changed into jeans, and a t-shirt and put my hair up into a ponytail.

Aidan walked into the room and I was bent over and when I stood up I saw him standing in the door way. His hair was buzzed, it barely looked like he had hair. He looked good with short hair, but it was certainly a shock.

Aidan walked into my bedroom and made his way over to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and put his lips on mine.

He pulled away and cupped my cheeks,"hey beautiful." I blushed and then pinched his nose,"hi, handsome!"

I kissed his cheek and then looked into his hazel eyes. He rubbed my cheek with his thumb and then kissed my lips.

"Wow, you look so different." I said as I ran my hands over his head feeling his buzz cut.

He looked different, but a good different. He looked older, and more chiseled in the face. "Yeah, it's pretty shocking." He said and put his lips on me.

We broke away and then he went over to Max who was sitting on my bed, "how's my boy doing?" Aidan said in a silly voice that Max loved.

They are so cute together. Max really likes Aidan. Aidan has a thing with animals.

He picked Max up, and we headed down stairs. "You know what I really want to do?"

Aidan asked and gave me a funny look. "What do you want to do?" I said and kissed him on the lips,"I want to go night swimming."

My eyes widened but then I gave him a huge smile. "Remember that lake that we took the boat on? We can go there if you want." He asked as he played with my ponytail.

"Sounds like fun! It will be dark soon so do you want to go now?" I said as I wiggled my eye brows.

"Yes ma'am!! Let's go!" He said and he pulled me off the couch. "I'll get my bathing suit on and be down in a minute!"

I ran up stairs and grabbed an aqua halter bikini top and a hipster bikini bottom. I put a t-shirt on and ran down stairs to meet Aidan.

We let Max out to go to the bathroom, and after he finished he curled up in his bed.

We walked to his truck, and headed to the lake. We got there and he raced me to the lake, but of course I lost.

I took my t-shirt off and Aidan whistled and said"wow, you look irresistible! I'm one lucky man." He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me tightly. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his head towards mine. He smashed his lips onto mine and kissed me passionately.

He broke away and then took his shirt off revealing his defined abs and huge biceps. Then he took his pants off leaving him in just his boxers. He gave me a childish grin and then grabbed me. He flung me over his shoulder and ran me into the lake. He jumped and took us both underwater.

We came up from the water and I wrapped my legs around his waist and he kissed me hard. He rested his hands on my bum and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

I broke the kiss and looked into his eyes,"if you want, we can go all the way. It can be my gift to you before you leave." I said. He kissed my nose,"I want to wait until we are married. It will be even more special if we wait."

I smiled and kissed him. "You are perfect, Aidan." He laughed and then rubbed a strand of hair away from my face,"not as perfect as you are." He said and then kissed me.

We played in the water for a while and had a great time. We dried off and layed on the ground and looked at the stars.

2 days later

Today Aidan was leaving. He is picking me up with his truck, and then after he gets on his plane I will drive it back to his house and Marie and Claudia need help picking out dresses at the mall for Claudia.

Aidan thinks it's a great idea for me to keep busy, but I don't know how I will handle today.

I heard a knock on the kitchen door and then it opened. Aidan walked in and he had his whole uniform on. His eyes looked a little puffy like he had cried a little.

"Today is the day." Aidan said taking a deep breath. I shook my head and tears started to fill my eyes. He walked over to me and cupped my face, "listen to me. You are going to do fine. I will be back before you know it." He said and kissed me.

I dried my eyes and gave him a smile, "ok."

He said goodbye to Max and we headed out to the truck. We talked all the way to the airport and I tried to stay as positive as possible.

We parked and made our way inside the airport hand-in-hand. He gave the lady his ticket and she pointed to where he was suppose to be. We sat in the chairs and I rested my head on his shoulder and he held me tight with his arm.

His flight number was called and we both stood up. "Oh, I have something for you. I know you can't have anything too big and stuff so here it is." I handed him a picture of me, Max and Aidan all together that Marie took a couple days ago. His hair was still curly, but it was a cute picture.

He took it and put it in his pocket. "Thank you. I will write you as much as I can." He said and took a step closer to me.

"Same. You take care of yourself, and don't worry about me. I will look after your family while you're gone." I said as a tear fell out from the corner of my eye.

"I will, and don't worry about me either. Make sure you give Claudia guidance, Marie tends to ignore her sometimes."

His flight number was called again. I shook my head yes to what he said about Claudia and wrapped my arms around him. He hugged me back tightly.

"I'm going to miss you so much!" He said into my ear and I could hear his voice crack.

"Im gonna miss you! I love you so much!" I said and we pulled away. Aidan kissed me hard again,"I love you Neve." His eyes had some tears in them so he rubbed them away.

He picked his bags up, turned around and took a couple of steps. Tears started to stream down my face. He stopped, dropped his bags and came back to me. He cupped my face and smashed his lips onto mine.

He pulled away and looked into my eyes,"I'll be back sooner than you think." He gave me that breath taking smile of his and tapped my nose. He walked away and picked his bags up. He got in line and looked over at me. He gave me wink and I blew him a kiss. He pretended to grab my kiss and put it in his pocket.

I laughed and pretended to blush and I batted my eyes at him. He put his hand over his heart and and clenched his heart and he mouthed to me, "you are killing me with your looks!" I laughed and then the people in front of him started to walk forward. Aidan gave me one more smile and then walked towards the plane.

I watched him walk away and slowly my heart began to break. He slowly disappeared so I went to the windows and watched his plane until it took off.

After it took off, I headed to the truck and started on my way to his house.

Half way there I started to cry. I had to pull over because I was afraid that I was going to get into a crash.

I pulled over and turned the car off. I put my head on the steering wheel and started to sob. I couldn't stop the empty feeling inside of me. I pulled myself together and started the truck again and headed to go see Marie and Claudia.
