Saida waited until they were all asleep to make her move. They had barely settled in for the night when she crept out of the closet, grabbed her weapons from beside the door. She also grabbed some spare credits that were sitting in the open, figuring that if they were dumb enough to leave credits in the open like that, they didn't deserve it.
She opened the ramp and took a deep breath of fresh air. Saida ran down the ramp and tied her hair back as she ran, not wanting it to get in her face.
As soon as she reached the nearest space port, Saida used some of the credits to buy passage to Dandoran, where her sister Flora was being held captive.
As soon as she landed, Saida put her bravest face on and prepared to wait for the Bad Batch to show up and take down Bluki the Hutt, and that's when Saida would bring her sister home.
She smiled to herself as she pictured what Flora and her would do when they were free.
Maybe they'd travel the galaxy, freeing slaves and giving people the freedom the desired.
But that was just what they wanted to do when they were children on Kamino, and that was just a childish dream.
As the hours went by, Saida was still sitting behind a tree, waiting for them to show up. To pass the time, she threw rocks at a tree, adjusted her blaster's settings, and messed around with the dagger in her boot.
When a Hunter Rancor went by, she got so distracted in watching it play with a log, she failed to notice the Trandoshan sneak up behind her.
"Sssso Sssaida," It hissed. "You finally came crawling back to usss."
"Kossi Boomp," Saida glowered at him. "I have come to see Bluki."
"Then why are you hiding, sssspying on the palace?" Kossi sneered.
Saida faltered. "I-uh... don't know."
"Thought sssso," Kossi laughed and raised his blaster.
"Hey! We can talk about this!" Saida raised her hands above her head and protested.
Kossi stunned her, and Saida's limp body fell to the ground, her eyes fluttering shut with the last thing she saw being him sneering down at her.

"Wake up Saida!" Wrecker enthusiastically said. "It's time ta get that slug man!"
"He is actually a Hutt, a slug-like species who are native to the planet Nal Hutta," Tech lectured with his index finger raised.
"No one cares," Crosshair drawled with a roll of the eyes.
"I care," Tech quietly defended himself.
"Saida?" Wrecker called again, and peered into the closet. "She's gone!"
This got Crosshair's attention, and he sat up swiftly, snapping the toothpick in his mouth.
"What do you mean she's gone? She couldn't have just disappeared!" Crosshair said.
"Her heat signature is no longer on board," Tech reported, doing a quick scan of the ship.
"It doesn't matter," Hunter sighed. "We got her attestation and enough proof to arrest Bluki. Take us to Dandoran Tech."
Tech shrugged but fired up the engines, not questioning his brother. Crosshair scowled as his brothers scurried around him, preparing to go to battle.
"Are we not gonna question where she went?" Crosshair asked.
"Why would we? She is clearly gone and there is nothing we can do to change that," Tech frowned.
"Is anyone not worried that she could've been kidnapped? Or taken by Buki again or or-" Crosshair cut himself off, wondering why he cared so much.
Why did he care? It's not like she meant anything to him like his brothers did.
"Fine!" Hunter exclaimed. "I'll check for her."
He knelt by the foot of the ramp and wept some dirt into his hand, feeling it sift through his fingers.
"There wasn't a struggle. She walked out the ship," Hunter reported.
"She just... left?" Wrecker furrowed his brow.
That didn't make any sense to Crosshair. Why did she leave? They were going to get Bluki and she could have been free.
Unless there was something else preventing her from being free.
Like if she had unfinished businesses at Bluki's palace.
Crosshair voiced his thoughts aloud, sharing his idea of Saida needing to complete something else.
"I do not think that is the case," Tech shook his head and leaned into the controls, lifting the ship off the ground. "If she needed to go to Buki, she could have come with us when we went to arrest Bluki."
"It doesn't make sense," Crosshair huffed. "None of it."
"What if- Nah it's a stupid idea," Wrecker said.
"A stupid idea is better than no idea," Hunter encouraged him.
"What if she's Bluki's wife and wanted to warn him we were coming?" Wrecker suggested.
"No idea is better than a stupid idea," Hunter corrected himself.
Crosshair rolled his eyes and sat next to Tech, staring at the stars like Saida had done.
Kossi Boomp.
Hehehe.
