Today is my first official day of tutoring Milo. I hope he takes this seriously and does not joke around. Getting out of bed, I rubbed my eyes and opened my curtains so the morning light could be let in. Grabbing my phone and heading to the bathroom I turned on the shower and while I let the water get to the right temperature I used the toilet.
Quickly using the toilet I undressed, put my clothes in my hamper, and got in the shower. The water felt super lovely on my skin just what I needed to wake up. Grabbing my loofah I poured some soap on it and started washing my body. After a while in the shower, I washed off and turned the water off. I grabbed my towel, dried my feet, and then wrapped my towel around my body. At my sink, I grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste and started brushing my teeth. Done brushing my teeth I started washing my face and doing my skincare routine. It's taking me a while to find a good skincare routine for my skin but I finally found some products that are actually working and leave my skin acne-free, dry-free, and oily-free.
Before picking out an outfit I checked the weather app on my phone and it said that it would be hot and the sun would be out. In my closet, I started to look for something to wear. I decided to go with a cute dress and white and black Converse. Putting my clothes on my bed I grabbed some underwear from my dresser drawer. Lotioning my skin first I then put my underwear on and then put my dress on. Putting my socks on I kept my house slippers on and grabbed my bag and phone heading downstairs.

A rule that my parents have is that you can't wear your outside shoes in the house as soon as you take your shoes off you take them to your room and put them up or you leave them on the shoe shelf by the front door. My mom always makes sure the house is clean so that you can either walk around in your socks or we always have a brand new pair of house slippers for guests to wear.
Downstairs I went to the kitchen. "Good Morning Sweetheart," my mom said, kissing me on the cheek and a hug. "Good Morning Ma how was work yesterday". "It was nice and stressful but nothing I can't handle. How was school yesterday? What did the counselor say about tutoring the kid". "Oh yeah, the kids' mom was there and we had a meeting. It was me, the counselor, the kid, and his mom. They asked me if I wanted to help the kid and that it would be an extra thing to put on my diploma. I agreed but then we had to get the kid to agree".
