"I'm gonna get some chips real quick, get me a slushy?" Connor asks, holding open the dusty, slightly cracked door for me to enter.
"Yeah sure, stay safe." I lightly grab his arm as I say the last part, looking straight into his eyes. He shakes me off, chuckling lightly, though his eyes are sad.
"Don't worry." He says softly, "I want strawberry."
"Nah, my dude, strawberry slushies are nasty."
"Fuck you." He laughs, flipping me off with both hands as he backs away into the chip aisle.
"Maybe later, douchebag," I yell after him.
"Bet." Comes his muffled reply from behind a tall shelf. The cashier looks up at us with tired eyes, an eyebrow raised. I wink and awkwardly shoot him finger guns. Connor chuckles quietly from behind a display.
I make my way over to the slushy machines and grab two, one strawberry for Connor, and a cherry limeade for me. Connor pays and we head back out to the car.
"Dude, thats so fucking nasty," I crinkle my nose as Connor takes a long sip of his slushy, closing his eyes and murmuring satisfaction. He looks peaceful, and fucking gorgeous.
"Now I don't want to give you a present, you emo fuck." He laughs, reaching into his hoodie pocket.
"Okay, one, I'm not emo. Two, give me that fucking present." Connor laughs again, which somehow releases butterflies into my stomach.
"It's so that you can commit arson again." He says quietly, almost as if he had meant it to be a joke, but it had came out as a plea for affection. He drops a small unicorn lighter into my hand as a slow grin spreads across my face.

2. psych ward shit (also connor is not dead AU, idea from tumblr) --- pretty simple. connor and reader meet in the psych ward. both are damaged, far too damaged, but their not beyond repair (PLSSSSS DISNEY REFERENCE QUEEN YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT) this one is based off of a tumblr thing and also my own mental shit, part of the reason i havent updated was because im just a silly goofy mentally ill person who was in the psych ward for a week 🤪
3. oneshot book - i have so many ideas for oneshots but idk if yall like oneshots or if yall just want long form fanfics idk BUT ALSO YOOOOOOOOOO OVER 200 VIEWS WHAT IN FUCKS NAME. pls vote tho 🥰
