The sun shined through the shades and hit my eyes. I squinted and squirmed a little and I could feel someone tighten their grip on me. My heart started pounding but then I remembered that it was Steph. A smile spread across my face and I got comfortable, closing my eyes again.

"I feel you trynna toot that lil ahh booty on me" I smacked my lips and elbowed him. He laughed.

"Whatever Steph. My booty is not little." I tried to get up but he pulled me back down.

"What you doing? Im comfortable."

"Boy move!" I laughed and he smacked his lips. "Besides we have things to discuss over breakfast remember?" i walked in the bathroom and closed the door behind so that I could take a shower and brush my teeth. When I got out the shower I could hear Steph on the phone with Jamari. I wrapped a towel around me and opened the door.

"Jamari you wanna talk to Lola?" I could see Jamari's huge smile on the screen. I grabbed the phone and waved at Jamari.

"Hi Jamari how are you?"

"I'm good. I miss you! I haven't seen you in years!" I laughed and rolled my eyes. He is so dramatic.

"Jamari baby, I saw you a few weeks ago if i'm not mistaken. When I come back, what you wanna do?"

"Movie night!!! Popcorn and candy and lots of juice!" I laughed and saw Steph shaking his head.

"That can be arranged. I have to go get dressed. i'll talk to you later okay! I love you!"

"I love you too Lola!" I got up and went to the bathroom to finish getting ready. When I came out Steph was dressed and walked passed me to brush his teeth.

A few minutes later he grabbed his keys and we left the room and went to a popular brunch spot. Once we finally found parking, we went inside and ordered a drink.

"You look good Lola. You wearing one of your pieces?"

"Yes sir it is. Decided to wear something cute but simple you know?" The waiter came to our table with our drinks and we ordered our food. "Now back to our conversation from this morning...you meant everything you said?"

"You know I did...like I said I'm not trying to rush anything, force anything, I was just letting you know how I feel."

"Okay what if I said that I love you too and that I wanna try it...us out." A smile crept on his face and his eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store.

"Don't play with a nigga...you forreal?" I laughed and grabbed his hand.

"Yes Steph." I laughed. "But if this doesn't work out...I don't want our friendship to suffer...I love you too much for our friendship to suffer because our romantic relationship didn't succeed." He kissed my hand and nodded in agreement.

"I love you too much for that to happen too. Plus Jamari and my mama and nem would kill me if I fucked up our relationship." We both laughed and our food came. "Can I kiss you?" I choked on my grits.

"Damn we just made it official 5 minutes ago." He laughed and shrugged his shoulders.

"Can't blame a nigga for trying."

"We'll see about later tho...you do look fine and what not so who knows. Maybe we'll kiss...maybe we'll touch...maybe you'll rub and suck my toes." His smile instantly dropped and I bust out in laughter.

"Oh hell nahh. Nahh you lost me." I held my stomach as I laughed and he shook his head disgustingly at me. "You a dirty nigga man."

We continued to eat and laugh with each other. Once we we're done, he payed and we decided to walk around downtown. He took me to the Aquarium and to an art exhibit and then we headed back to our hotel.

"Oh my gosh today was amazing. I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you Steph." He grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"Of course. You want anything before we go to the hotel?" I shook my head no and we soon arrived at the hotel. He picked me up bridal style and carried me all the way to the room. I can most definitely get used to this. He opened the door and sat me on the couch.

"Oh my gosh, I didn't take any pictures." I said as I sighed. I have to post every day to keep my numbers and followers active.

"Well we can take them in the bedroom. Come on." I got off the couch and he fixed the bed and I sat in the middle of it. He snapped lots of photos as I did multiple poses.

"Okay I think that's good. Let me see." We looked at the pictures together and I picked the ones I liked best. "Oh you did your thing with these. Thank you Steph." He went to the bathroom and washed his face. He stripped down to his boxers and got in bed. "You going to sleep without me?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"You see me sleeping? Im waiting on you." I hurried to the bathroom, took off my makeup, washed my face, and put on my beater.

"Make room!" I jumped in the bed and he laughed. I got under the covers and he cuddled me. "Goodnight!"
