Lola
As I was getting ready to go to Steph's for dinner and Neeki was getting ready to go to an event, there was a knock at my door. Neeki went to the door an answered it. I knew who is was when Neeki smacked his lips and said "ain't shit is here". I giggled and went to the bathroom to continue to flat iron my wig. Keenon came in the bathroom and hugged me from behind. He kissed me on my cheek and sat on the counter.
"Where y'all bout to go?" He asked. I looked at Neeki and Neeki looked at me.
"Welll Neeki has an event to go to and I'm going to Steph's." Keenon looked at me like I was crazy. Neeki looked at Keenon and sat on my bed facing the bathroom. Keenon closed the bathroom door.
"Lola what you going over there for?"
"Steph invited me to have dinner with him, Jamari and Jamari's mother." He looked at me like I was crazy.
"Hell no. You not going. I dont want you around him."
"And why not Keenon?"
"Cause I said so." I giggled.
"You Can join me if you want to." He shook his head.
"I'm not doing that either Lo. You just not going." I put the curling iron to his face and squinted my eyes.
"You Can come with with me or you can shut the hell up because I am going." He smacked his lips and sat on the counter. I smiled and started rapping his song. "Get out yo, get out yo, get out yo feelings. Get out yo feeelingsss." He started laughing. Neeki cracked the door open and looked at me through the mirror. I turned around and looked at him. "May we help you??"
"I just came to see if you finally kicked him to the curve. I see now that you haven't. Cute." He closed the door and I shook my head. Keenon was already dressed so he didn't have to go home to change. We all walked out to our cars. Neeki kissed me on my cheek and said that he will call me later. Keenon wanted to drive his car so I got in his car and we left. I told him where to go and I'm about 20 minutes we arrived. I notified Steph that Keenon was coming and he was totally fine with it. When we arrived Jamari ran outside to the car and looked at the car with amazement. Dinosaurs and Cars are Jamari's favorite. When I got out the car, he gave me a hug. When Keenan got out the car Jamari just looked at him. I picked him up and said "Jamari, meet Keenon. Keenon meet Jamari." Jamari just stared at him and he whispered in my ear.
"Is this your boyfriend?" I nodded my head. I put him down and he went to Keenon. Keenon put his fist out, but Jamari looked at him and said, "Look, I like Ms.Lola and I'm sure you like her as well since this is your girlfriend. Treat her right or me and you are going to have problems." He smiled and and the fist pumped him. Keenon looked at me and I laughed. Jamari grabbed my hand and walked me into the the house. Steph was in the kitchen cooking with his baby mother. When she saw me she smiled. She came over to hug me. I introduced her to Keenon and she greeted him as well. Steph came over and gave me a hug, but this hug wasn't a regular hug. It wasn't a hug that we usually do. You know the usual 3 second hug when you pat them on the back to signal "the hug is ending". This hug was the absolute opposite. His arms were wrapped around me with his hands on placed  on my waist, he kissed me on my jaw line and when I patted his back, he slowly let go. I looked at him with my head tilted. Keenon looked at me and I grabbed his hand.
"You guys have met but Keenon meet my good friend Steph, Steph meet my boyfriend Keenon." Keenon dapped up Steph and I went to the living room to play with Jamari. He had toy dinosaurs and we were having a battle against each other. Steph's babymother, Jamiya, came over and we started talking.
"So long have you and Steph known each other??" She asked me.
"For a while. A couple months to a year." She nodded her head.
"How long have you and YG been dating??"
"For a few months as well. It's been on and off lately."
"Ooou girl I know those days. Steph and I never had a good stable relationship. It was always something."
"How long were y'all together before you guys had Jamari??"
"I think 3 years on and off. We have known each for 7 years but we dated those 3 years." I nodded my head.
"If you don't mind me asking, why did y'all separate?"
"We didn't trust each other mainly. When I was pregnant with Jamari, it didn't make it any better. He didn't talk to me for a good 2 months while I was pregnant. I guess he thought I was cheating and that the baby wasn't his." I nodded my head. We continued to talk until Steph said dinner was done. Keenon sat on the right of me, and Jamari sat on the left of me. Steph sat across from me and so did Jamiya. We fixed our plates and continued to talk. Keenon didn't say much so I decided to speak to him most of the time.
"What's wrong Keenon?"
"Did you see the way that nigga hugged you?" I giggled.
"I didn't see it but I felt it. It was surprising."
"Yea. Ion like that. He like you. I can tell."
"No he doesn't Keenon. Don't start please." He side eyed me.
"He better keep his big swoll ass away from you. I fight big niggas too." I laughed and he chuckled too. Steph cleared his throat and said, "So Keenon, I heard you were dropping an album. Is it going to be like My Krazy Life??"
"Call me G, and nahh. Totally different sound." Steph nodded his head.
"I'm guessing everything is good with you and Lola now?" I widened my eyes.
"We been good." I grabbed Keenon's hand and rubbed his hand with my thumb.
"Really?? Last time I spoke to Lola sh-." I coughed and Keenon hit me lightly on my back.  I looked at Steph and he looked at me. What the hell is wrong with him? I went to the bathroom and checked to make sure my mascara didn't start running. Keenon knocked on the door and I let him in.
"I told you he liked you." He shook his head.
"Well how was I supposed to know that. Last time we spoke was at Jamari's play and I didn't say anything about you." Keenon grabbed my hands and put his forehead on mine.
"Look Lo, Ian mad. I just don't trust niggas like him. He can say anything he want, but if he start saying slick shit, that's when I'm going in on his ahh." I giggled.  He kissed my forehead and we went back to the table. When we sat back down, Jamiya started speaking to me about my clothing line. Out the corner of my eye, I could see Keenon getting a little aggravated by something, so I grabbed his hand again and held it in mine.

Keenon
This nigga think he slick. I see the way he look at Lola. I don't know how Lola didn't tell that he liked her cause it's clear as day. While Lola was talking to his baby momma, he was staring at Lola. So I stared back and he looked at me. He smirked and continued to look at Lola, but this time he licked his lips. Lola grabbed my hand and I started to calm down a little bit. I don't know but it's something about the way she touch me. It's like when she sense me getting upset or something, she either touches my arm or grabs my hand. Steph got up and went to the kitchen and so I went in there too so I can talk to him.
"Aye man, what's yo problem?" I said.
"Nothin. Why you asking?"
"I saw the way you hugged my girl and the way you was looking at her. Look ion know if you like her or not but that's my girl."
"Oh now she your girl?" He did a slight laugh.
"What you mean? She been my girl."
"Oh for real? So when you cheated on her she was still your girl?" I looked at him like he was crazy. "Yea she told me bout that. Matter of fact she tell me everything." I laughed.
"Look all I got to say is stay away from her. Delete her number and everything."
"My son love her. I can't do that."
"Fuck yo son. You heard what I said." Steph started to walk towards me, but Lola and his son walked in the kitchen.
"Dad? Can I show Ms.Lola my room??"
"Yea go ahead." They walked off and Steph looked back at me.
"You heard what I said. Ion wanna have knock yo ass out." I walked away and went to the dining room. I grabbed Lola's plate and my plate and put it in the sink. I went upstairs and heard Lola and the little boy talking. I peeked through the door and saw Jamari sitting on his bed and Lola sitting in his bean bag. They were talking about dinosaurs and how he loved the shirts he got her. She told him that she was going to make him some more. I knocked on the door and opened it. Lola looked at me and smiled.
"You ready??" I asked her. She nodded her head and got out the bean bag. The little boy ran to her and she picked him up. We walked downstairs and she kissed Jamari on the cheek.
"I'll see you later buddy. Behave yourself." He nodded his head and gave her a high five. She gave the baby mama a hug and she didn't even look Steph's way. She just walked outside. I opened the car door for her and closed it back. I got in the car and we drove off. She looked at me and rubbed my arm.
"He told me you been talking to him about our business." She stopped rubbing my arm and looked through the windshield. "Look don't tell that nigga nothing else about what we got going on. Don't even talk to him anymore." She was silent for a while.
"My bad for telling him our business. I didn't think he would share that information back to you." I nodded my head. We pulled up to her place and I walked her up.
"You coming in??" She asked. I shook my head no.
"I got to get up early and catch this flight. I'll call you later though." I kissed her and gave her a hug. She closed the door and I walked off.
