Chapter 12

The little voice in his head was screaming the same thing again and again : 'Kiss him!'

'NO! This definitly isn't right-! I can't just kiss a person that is sleeping... No that not the only problem- Why would i want to kiss him?? He's my friend!' Poe couldn't understand the weird feeling he had for Ranpo which made him even more anxious. He looked at Ranpo's face and sighed.

'It should be okey if i only hug him right?...' he asked himself as he slowly reached with his hand which wasnt holding Ranpo's and put it behind his friend's back. He then closed his eyes and fell asleep again.

Ranpo smiled as he opened his eyes and looked at Poe.

"You're really too cute Poe, but if you keep acting like this my heart won't survive..." he said as he rested his head on Poe's chest will his face turned completly red.

"Meow" said the cat, Ranpo looked at the edge of the bed and saw the cat siting there.

"Come on not now... i'll open the window for you later ..." replied Ranpo definitely against the idea of leaving the bed.

"Meow... Meow..." the cat jumped on him aldo really persistent.

"Shuut-! You're gonna wake him up! Go away" He wispered as he glared at the cat.

"Meow! Meow!" The cat wasn't happy that he was being ignored and he then went on top of Poe hoping that the other human will listen to him.

"Hey don't-!" He said as low as he could but the cat didn't leave.

"Meow!!" The cat meowed into Poe's ear.

"Hmm ..." Poe didn't woke up thankfully but he tightened his grip on Ranpo and forced him to get closer. Ranpo's heart skipped a bit and held his breath for a couple of secondes until-

"MEOW!!!" The cat had no intention to stop and kept calling until he finally managed to wake up Poe.

He slowly opened his eyes and looked in front of him expecting to see his friend's face but he wasnt there.

'Did he woke up and left?' He asked himself when sudenly he felt mouvement in his arms. He looked down and saw black hair covering vis view. After a moment he understood what was going on and imediatly pushed Ranpo away.

"I'M SO SORRY!!" He shouted but his push was too strong and made the young boy fell out of the bed.

"I-I'M SORRYY!!!!" He yelled as he quickly moved to the edge of the bed to see if Ranpo was okey.

"I'm really sorry about that! I was so surprised that i didn't -!" Poe didn't know what to say and started to panic.

"Hey its fine don't worry" replied Ranpo as he stood up and put his hands on Poe's cheeks forcing him to look up at him.

"See~ im not hurt so don't acte so scared" he said with a warm smile and Poe slowly calmed down.

"I- About before- i mean-... uh..." Poe wanted to justify himself about the hug but he couldn't find any excuses and looking at Ranpo made his heart race like creazy.

"It's already lunch time, i'll go make food and call you when its done" he said as he walked out of the room. He closed the door behind him and just stood out the room looking in front of him. His face was completely red because of all what just happened and he tried to calm down.

Poe looked at the door then realised what he had done and slammed his head of the pillow.

'Poe why are you so dumb ?! Why did you hug him!!' He asked himself then looked at his arm which a few minutes ago was hugging his friend. He sighed before looking away as he blushed again.
