The girls all agreed to head to the pool during the summer after the exams. Turns out the guys had a similar idea.
You all were in your school uniforms. Starting off the group did some stretches.
"Oh hey, hi Mineta." Tsu greeted. She knew what Mineta and kaminari were truly hoping to see. The girls in bikinis.
"I didn't know you guys would be here." Jiro said.
The girls were playing with a beach ball. Your wings weren't made for the water. It made it difficult to move around.
You got out after a while. A small Dracula parrot flew over to you. (Please search these guys up, their awesome. Also I can't find if I wrote this in or not so ima act like I didn't.)
"Y/N!!" The parrot squawked.
"Huh? You know me?" You questioned.
"Yeah! Remember! The flock!!" The parrot squawked.
It all came back to you. All the birds you helped take care of. There was a building not that far from the commission that housed what you called; your flock. Although, one day Endevour chased a villain into the building and set it ablaze. That's where your hatred of flame quirks came from. All they bring is destruction.
"I thought all of you died?!" You looked at the Dracula parrot in shock.
"No way! We still had a few eggs intact and fully grown birds to take care of them!" He responded.
You wrapped your arms around him gently.
"I almost forgot! We gave ourselves names! I'm ikido!!" The parrot introduced.
"The next time I beat you! I want you to be at your strongest you damn nerd!" Bakugos growl caught your attention.
Kiri stepped in front of the loud blonde. "Hey I got your message! Sorry I'm late! Took a while to convince bakugo to come out."
The boys ended up turning bakugo's rage into a race.
Ikido rested in your hair.
"Oh your marks! Get ready! Go!" Momo called out.
Bakugo used his quirk to not even touch the water. "HOW WAS THAT YOU SIDE KICKS?"
"What do you think you're doing?" Sero scolded.
"You didn't even touch the water!" Kiri shouted.
"It's called free style swimming!" Bakugo shouted back.
The rest of them didn't even swim except a few. You didn't trust the water when kaminari got in the water.
Lastly was Todoroki, midoriya, and bakugo. Although, before they could (not) swim, aizawa erased their quirks causing them to fall in the water.
"It's 5 pm. Your authorized pool time is officially over. Hurry up and go home." Aizawa instructed.
After you got dressed, you agreed with ikido to visit the flock before you headed home. You ran after the flying friend, passing kirishima and bakugo.
"Hey, y/n wait up!" You heard kiri call out.
Ikido stopped, forcing you to face what would be him questioning what happened. "Y-yeah?!"
His voice was almost a low whisper. "What happened? After the date?"
"I-I'd rather not talk about it. It's kinda... how do I say this... terrifying when explained." You looked away from his eyes.
"Alright. Oh? Who's your new friend?" The subject quickly changed when ikido sat on your shoulder.
"Oh, um, this is ikido, he's more of an old friend." You scratched under ikidos chin.
The parrot flapped his wings. "We should get going, the suns going down."
"Alright." You smiled. You kissed kiri on the cheek. "I gotta fly, see you at camp!"
You waved off as you fallowed ikido to a run down building not that far from your house.
Inside were hundreds of birds. Some appearing endangered, or exotic.
"Some of these guys were birds we found being illegally smuggled or just miss treated." He explained.
A small bird flew over to you. She seemed like a young cardinal. "Woah! Are you Y/N?! MAMA MAMA!" She called behind her to an older blue jay.
"Some of these eggs needed parents, but sometimes the same species wasn't fit to care for a young one. So in Lami's case, she got put with vian." Ikido explained.
The blue jay flew over to you. You could identify most of them, and they recognized you. Despite, some being new, they still knew who you were based on stories.
Not too long after, you got a call from keigo. He was asking where you were and if you were on your way home.
You said your goodbyes to the flock and headed home.
