After explaining The Grandfather Paradox, Five looks over at me, seeing if I have anything to add. I'm sitting on the pool table, next to Viktor. I've been eating, and picking at my nails, imagining being anywhere else.

Diego: "I'm so confused."

Alison and I at the same time "Shocking." We share a snarky smile.

Viktor: "Well someone killed our mothers, so we shouldn't exist. But clearly we do exists. And the universe can't handle that, which is a problem."

I wrap an arm over his shoulder, and kiss his cheek "Vicky! You're so smart!"

Five looks like he might kill someone weirdo "A big problem." Five adds.

Diegos kid is doing Karate on ghosts, I can't help but give a small smile.

Diego: "Stanly! Now is not the time to do karate! Okay!?"

(Y/n): "Oh grow up old man, it's always the time for karate. God you're such a buzz kill."

Stanly: "Yeah! And mom said I need to practice."

I snort and walk over to him "Well, she's not wrong. You're very bad."

I hear Diego whisper "When did she start to hate me?"

I stand in front of Stanly "Alright little man, I can teach you."

He looks up at me in amassment "You know karate?"

I nod "I've been practicing since I was a kid."

Alison asks Five about the paradox, Stanley tries to show me him 'moves.' I have to bite my lip to keep from laughing. I love this little guy. I try to help his form, but he's um...Boxy.

Fives walking closer.

Diego: "Five? Where are you going?"

Five: "To go talk to someone with only half her head up her ass." He stands next to me "Wanna come with me princess?" I don't. But I need more intel to tell my siblings, and I don't think I'm gonna get it from bangs or Mr.Complex.

I tell Stan to focus on gaining more mobility, and watch for a second as he tries, and falls.

I shake my head laughing, Five smiles at me fondly. I feel  my heart skip, no no, don't do that you dumb bitch, I'll rip you out myself.

As we're walking off I hear Klaus whining"Five! (Y/n)! Don't leave! (Y/n) Five!"

Five: "No Klaus, I'm leaving."

I roll my eyes "We'll be back soon babes."

The I hear Diego whisper shouting "Why does she still like you and not me?"

Five just, walks into the women's bathroom, no remorse, no fear, Lilas in the tub.

Five: "What are you doing in here?"

Lila: "Shaving my nest you perv!" I realise for the first time since I met her all those years ago, she's actually quite pretty, like... Really beautiful.
