It has been agreed, Kellan will help Urzael and their fellow lords reach the void, albeit without anyone else knowing yet.

Urzael guides Kellan through the crowd, dodging and weaving between people but still taking time to note their presence, but as they break away from the crowd, Kieba shows up next to him.

"So, where are you headed, Urzael?" He asks, Urzael turns towards him and signals him closer.

"Kellan is going to demonstrate how to open a portal to the void, I used to know it well, but now it's hardly recognizable." He explains, Kieba nods and asks whether he should tell Sora, Urzael nodded him and sent him on his way. Eventually after a silent walk they arrive in an empty circular field, filled with flowers of all colors. Urzael keeps walking forward and summons a blade. He thrusts the sword into the air in the center, and suddenly a gateway appears. The doors open into a portal.

"If you couldn't tell, this is my land, the gateway leads to my pocket dimension, which is an entire planet with it's own night sky, sun, and all kinds of nice things. While yes it's my home, it's also my lab, training grounds, armory, vault, and relaxing getaway." He explains to Kellan.

"No, we didn't have to go this far, but I wanted to use the front door, because, well, I think it's cool." He adds, Kellan nods and steps up beside Urzael.

"Gotta say, as far as hidden entrances go, this is one of the coolest." He agrees, and then they step into the gate, on the other side is a whole new world. He follows Urzael along a shiny stone path, past the large manor, and Urzael takes him to the small, cylindrical building.

"Inside is the elevator to the underground complex, you'll only see the lab, though.." He tells Kellan, to which he nods and follows Urzael onto the platform in the center of the building. Urzael puts his hand to the rune that launched up from the platform, and they went down. As they went lower, Kellan saw just how big this world he lived on was. They found themselves lowering from a very large dome ceiling and slowly going towards a circular platform with many bridges coming out of it. Pillars going down so far that Kellan couldn't see the bottom past the fog, and when they reached the bottom, red lights started shimmering along the paths. Kellan was looking around, taking in the size of the place.

"Kellan! We have work to do, come on. You can explore the lab later, if you want." Urzael called out to him. Kellan snapped out of his little trance and looked around and saw him fairly far along one of the bridges. He chased after him to walk next to him. The sides of the pillars were lined with unique runes in patterns he's never seen before. He stopped for a second to see a large beam between pillars with what looked like really big shelves hanging from it, containing many unfamiliar relics of old. Finally, they reached a very large cylindrical room as tall as the pillars supporting the roof. Urzael reached for the door and it opened by shredding pieces of the door off and leaving them floating in a circle looping around the path.

They walk into the room, and on the inside it's walls are lined with adamantium, Urzeal stops and Kellan stands beside him.

"This place is where we'll test the void portal magic, a very safe and contained environment." He pauses to reach back for the door, and the shreds reassemble themselves into the door he opened. "Inside here the only thing that can escape is me, anti-portal runes insulate this entire pillar along with its base and roof. I've blasted my full arsenal of weapon-type relics, if you can somehow break this room I'd be impressed." He said to Kellan. He turned to Urzael with a more serious look in his eye.

"Good thing, and another good thing you're here, because I don't know if I can handle the void being open to reach me again, or if something comes out of the portal." He spoke with nervousness in his voice, Urzael pats his shoulder and sits down close to the edge of the room, small book in hand with a pen in the other.

"Fire away, my friend." He half commanded, and Kellan started opening the portal to the void, when he didn't feel anything changing, he fully opened it.

"I'm completely fine, like the void doesn't even notice I exist anymore." He called to Urzael, but all he was doing was writing runes in the book and staring at the monochromatic portal. Urzael stepped beside Kellan, and opened the portal himself, copying his friend's every ounce of focus perfectly. He nodded to Kellan, and they both walked into the portal.

On the other side, it was floating, rocky islands, with a few structures scattered and floating around, Urzael looked down and saw a place that was either bare rock or strange trees. He looked up and saw no stars in the sky, he looked back at his friend, and Kellan was fine. They walked back out of the portal together before anything from the void saw that they were intruding. Back in the lab, they sat down on the edge of the path.

"You did great today, my friend, seems we were gone a while. Say, you haven't ate anything recently, have you? Personally, I'm starving. So, want some food before we go back?" Urzael asks, Kellan nods, and they start walking back to the manor.

Everyone is going to love the news we have.. Urzael thinks to himself, as he sits down at the table outside to eat with his friend.
