Your eyes fill with tears, and he tenses, eyes wide. "H-Hey! Are you okay?" He says awkwardly. You duck your head and wipe your eyes, letting out a shaky breath.

"Y-Yeah, just in shock I guess...." You assure with a slight smile as you restrain yourself from hugging the guy. "Really saved me..."

"Ah don't mention it... You okay?" He asks again, touching your shoulder. You nod.

"So uh... When did you start going to Sunny High?" You inquire curiously.

"First day actually, would you mind if I put these in your backpack miss?" He asks, holding up the papers.

"Oh sure go ahead... I'm ___ by the way," You tell him as he slips the papers back in and zips up your backpack.

"Well then ___-ya, care to walk with me to school? Or would you prefer to run out in front of cars?" He teases lightly as he gets up and offers a hand. You take it with no hesitation and get to your feet shakily. His hand was so warm.

"I would like to walk with you and not get run over if that's okay with you Mr. Law." You muse.

"I'm the one who suggested it... Do you need help walking? Or do you just want to hold my hand?" He questions with a smirk. You blush and release his hand, looking away.

"Yes- I mean no!.... Maybe.... I don't know...." You manage. Law blinks at you, chuckling a bit.

"Perhaps you're still in shock," He muses, starting for school. You fall in step with him, sneaking glances at him often. You kept wanting to reach out and touch him to make sure he was really there. Feeling your gaze he looks over at you and you swiftly look down. "Something wrong ___-ya?" He inquires.

"No, sorry.... You just look a lot like my friend that..." You can't bring yourself to finish. He blinks at you.

"Oh... That's why you looked like you were going to cry..." He murmurs, reaching over and rubbing your shoulder. "I hope it gets easier for you," He adds softly. You look over at him to find him looking at the ground with a slight frown. You smile a bit.

"It's starting to... Thank you Law... I like, no, I love that name..." You muse, looking ahead with a slight blush. He blinks and glances at you before smirking a bit and removing his hand.

"Heh, I feel like I've heard that before..." He muses, scratching his goatee. You blink in surprise, was he connected to his demon self before his demon...

"I wouldn't be surprised, it really is an awesome name," You point out, looking at the school. He glances back at you before looking at the school as well.

"___-ya, I hope we have some classes together, it would be easier to adjust," He comments. You smile and chuckle.

"Me too Law... You interest me," You tell him. He stops but you don't notice, carrying on ahead. He blinks a few times before shrugging and following after you. You pause and look back at him, lifting an eyebrow. "You okay?" You ask him in concern. He blinks and smirks.

"Yeah... I have to go pick up my schedule, maybe you can give me a tour afterwards?" He inquires smoothly. You give him a bright smile.

"Sure thing, I'll be right over there," You tell him, pointing to your group who were sneaking looks at the two of you. He pauses but nods.

"See you in a bit then," He says before strolling off. You swiftly go to where your friends were.

"Sabo told you guys!?" You whisper, pointing to Law. They nod, grinning like a bunch of idiots.

"I sure did, didn't want them to freak out and cause a scene," Your guardian angel comments beside you. You grab his face and give him a big kiss before hugging him tightly.

"Thank you so much! You're the most amazing guardian angel ever!" You gush with tears in your eyes. Sabo was blushing heavily, too happy and shocked to respond right away.

"I... I did good this time?" He manages. You pull back and give him a teary eyed grin.

"You did awesome!" You giggle.

"Im so glad to see you smiling finally!" He gasps hugging you.

"Heh, I'm impressed you even talked her into leaving her house," Zoro comments. Sabo freezes and you chuckle mischievously.

"Let me tell you what he did! He came into my room disguised as you and threatened to bathe and clothe me if I refused to go to school today," You inform him. The angel chuckles nervously while Zoro blushed heavily.

"What did you do?" Nami asks in interest. You fold your arms and sigh.

"I deeply underestimated his determination and he followed through..." You admit with a slight blush. You throw Sabo a look. "Pervert," You add. Sabo recoils with a blush.

"H-Hey now!" He gasps.

"Zoro's down," Usopp says, poking the unconscious teen.

"Apparently even imagining it is too much for him," Ace chuckles, tail swaying with pink fiery orbs.

"Same for Sanji," Nami says as the blond falls over with a nosebleed.

"Look at what you've caused, even Ace is affected by it!" You tease Sabo.

"Y-You're the one who told them!" He defends with a blush.

"Of course I was going to tell them how bold you are!" You giggle.

"It sure is nice to hear you laugh," Ace says. Nami nods in agreement. Luffy comes over and hugs you tightly.

"We missed you ___, and your smile," He murmurs. You blink and hug him back.

"I've missed you guys too," You breathe.

"Um... I see you're busy.. So I'll just show myself around..." Law says awkwardly making you both look over.

"Don't be ridiculous! Come here and meet my friends Law." You tell him with a grin. Luffy pulls back as you gently grasp his arm, pulling him closer. "Alrighty, this is Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Sanji, Chopper, Usopp, Sab-- and Robin!" You chime, gesturing to each, almost gestured to your guardian angel until you realized Law couldn't see him.

"It's nice to meet you all," Law rumbles, offering a smile. They give warm smiles in response.

"Nice to meet you too Law!" They chime.

"Keep her out of trouble for us okay? She's been gone for a while," Zoro comments, fully recovered.

"Im not a trouble maker though," You pout. They chuckle and Law joins in.

"I will, already saved her once today," Law muses nudging you. I give him a slight pout then smile.
