Monday rolled around and y/n had brought Roseanne her usual morning coffee, not being held up by the blonde or anything. Y/n did reluctantly accept the invite Mason gave her because she would've felt horrible saying no because of how excited he sounded. He mentioned how he wanted her and Roseanne to have a good friendship outside of work and that made her very nervous for the weekend.

But today marked one full week of Roseanne being the CEO and she's been able to handle everything well so far. No big hiccups have occurred since her take over and she's tackling multiple problems in various departments. The blonde has gotten close with more staff over this time and she's excited to get to know more people the longer she works there.

She has also been making progress with y/n. She knows that she's getting to her with all her words and small actions, so Roseanne is hoping this week will be the week. If not, she'll be shocked because she's going to pull all the stunts on the weekend.

"So you're telling me that you want to change this section of the code?" Y/n asked, wanting to make sure her assumption was correct with what Minnie was telling her. The Thai nodded her head,

"Yes because I've made multiple copies of the code over the weekend to test different code in this section to compare the speeds. With my testing, I found that this one was the most precise and also the quickest, so I'd recommend we use this." Minnie explained as y/n nodded her head with a smile,

"Alright, then let's implement it. Though keep a backup program with the original code, please. And good job with working over the weekend a bit, I appreciate it." Minnie grinned and then y/n rolled the chair she was sitting in over to Sana, seeing what the Japanese was working on.

While y/n was individually checking up on her team members, Roseanne left her office and decided to check up on staff herself. She hasn't done this yet, but she thinks that the staff seeing her interact with people outside of her office will be good and show that she's approachable. She doesn't want to come off as a bitch, though sometimes her attitude can allude to that. So the blonde headed over to one side of the floor and walked around, smiling at her employees and chatting with anyone that spoke to her, whether it be about work or not.

It felt nice not being cooped up in her office and talking with her staff that were on the same floor as her. They all were extremely nice to her and sure, it could be just because she's their boss, but she likes to believe otherwise. The blonde eventually made her way to the small kitchen area and searched through the cabinets for a snack since it was nearing 11am. Roseanne wasn't sure what was stocked up, but she settled on a small bag of Trail Mix that she was going to eat back at her office.

"I'm thinking about going to that one club over on 14th Street Thursday night and I want to get a dress that screams 'I'm hot and sexy', so help me choose." Sana said after her and y/n went over what they needed to do. Y/n waited as Sana switched tabs to see multiple dress options for her to choose from. Y/n's eyes scanned over all of them as Sana spent a few minutes talking about each one, which were all form fitting to the body.

"So which one do you think?" Roseanne heard Sana ask someone as her eyes drifted over to the orange haired woman, seeing y/n sitting next to her with her eyebrows furrowed. Roseanne was off to the side, so she couldn't see what the two were referring to.

"I think the red one because red is a sexy color on someone. It makes a statement and you'd look great in that one. And I'm guessing you want to get laid, so red is perfect for that." Y/n concluded as Sana thanked her best friend, clicking add to cart as Roseanne just squinted her eyes a bit at the pair. She wasn't an idiot, it was clear the two weren't talking about work, but she picked up a nice note from y/n.

It's clear that she likes the color red on people, so she'll show y/n red tomorrow.

The CEO walked back to her office a bit later with a smirk plastered on her lips, knowing exactly what she was going to wear tomorrow. She actually had just recently bought it and hasn't gotten a chance to wear it out yet, so tomorrow would be a great day to show it off to the world for the first time.
