Thursday arrived and today was the day of the meeting with Rosie about the whole project y/n and her team were working on. It was scheduled for 1:00pm to 2:30 since there was a decent amount to discuss and they wanted to leave plenty of time for the CEO to ask any questions or voice any concerns she may have.

Y/n just hoped to god if Rosie threw a question at one of her team members (Lisa), they wouldn't look like an idiot. But she still had to wait about 4.5 hours until the meeting itself as she was just walking into the building with Rosie's coffee in hand and her laptop bag slung over her shoulder.

"Y/n! Good morning, you ball of sunshine." Y/n heard Minnie say as the woman entered the building only a few seconds after her. Y/n looked over her shoulder and smiled at the woman,

"Hey Minnie, I'm surprised you're now just arriving." Y/n voiced as the woman was usually already in her seat by the time y/n got up to the floor.

"I know, but Miyeon is sick and she was not feeling well throughout the night. Then we had a small argument about whether I should come to work today, but she won that argument as I am here. She told me I couldn't leave you hanging for the meeting." Minnie explained as y/n frowned a bit hearing Minnie's fiancée was sick.

"I'm sorry to hear she's sick, hopefully it's nothing serious," y/n stated as she pressed the button for the elevator, "but tell her I said thank you for making you come in for the meeting."

"I'll make sure to tell her."

"You know what, I'll also try to talk with Roseanne and see if you could just leave after the meeting and head home to take care of her." Y/n said as the elevator for them arrived, both women getting on and letting it take them up the many floors.

"Really? I mean I know we can take half days off whenever, but I don't know if she'll want us taking time off since we're nearing the end of the project." Minnie said as y/n waved her off,

"I'm sure she will understand. And she'll probably just make me do more work." Y/n said with a small smile as Minnie chuckled,

"Then go ahead and ask her because you should do more work." Y/n just playfully rolled her eyes at the Thai and the doors opened up to their floor. They departed as y/n went to her office to drop her bag off and Minnie went to her desk.

The project manager then walked by people to get to the blonde's office; knocking politely before entering after hearing her voice.

"Good morning," y/n started as she opened the door. She then closed it behind herself before continuing, "baby."

"Why good morning to you as well, darling," Rosie said with a bright smile. She absolutely loves how she starts her day off with seeing y/n.

"I have a question to ask you," y/n said as she walked over and set the coffee on the desk. Rosie nodded her head for her to ask it and she did, "Minnie's fiancée is sick and I was hoping you'd give her the day off after the meeting."

"That's completely fine, you can tell her she can leave after the meeting. Now come here and give me my morning kiss." Rosie said, puckering her lips a bit and leaning forward as y/n raised an eyebrow,

"Your morning kiss?"

"Yes, my morning kiss, now fucking let me kiss you." Rosie stated as she grabbed y/n's tie and yanked her forward. Y/n leaned over the desk and their lips connected in a bit of an awkward way at first because y/n wasn't expecting the yank, but she adjusted herself and kissed the blonde properly.
