Boundaries

The new work week started and y/n was interested in how Rosie was going to handle everything. She knows that she can be professional about this all, but god knows Rosie probably won't be; at least when they're alone.

"Good morning, same thing?" The barista that works the morning shift asked y/n nicely as y/n nodded her head with a smile,

"Yes please, thank you so much. And morning to you as well." Y/n said as she got the company credit card Rosie had given her last Thursday when she realized y/n had been using her own money buying her coffee this whole time. The blonde also said that y/n would get a bonus at the end of the month which would total the amount she spent on her coffee.

Y/n then went off to the side and checked her phone, seeing a few emails pop up from people who were already at work. She then went onto Instagram to just scroll mindlessly and see what celebrities and friends of hers had posted.

"Y/n," the barista said as she learned y/n would hear her no matter what volume she spoke at, so she now never yells her name, "hope you have a great day."

"You as well, thank you once again." Y/n said before heading outside to her car to get to work. She hummed along to the radio as she opted to see what songs were popular and not just listen to her own playlists. And she was quite surprised to hear some good songs on the radio.

The project manager got to work at her normal time and headed over to the elevator, smiling as the doors opened up right away. She got in and mentally ran through her day as she had some things she needed to get done for their current project. And she also needed to plan for the meeting her and her team were going to have with Rosie this upcoming Thursday.

She walked to her office after the elevator opened up and set her things down before making her way to the boss' office. Y/n smiled and had a quick conversation with Dahyun before knocking on Rosie's door, hearing the woman tell her to enter right away. Y/n entered and swiftly closed the door behind her as she had a feeling the blonde was going to say something others should not hear.

"I've missed your lips so much, come here and let me test out a new shade of lipstick on them."

And y/n was right. This was probably going to be her new work norm whenever she's alone with the blonde, but she didn't really mind. She chuckled a bit and went over to Rosie's desk, setting the coffee down on it,

"Not even a good morning or anything, huh." Rosie rolled her eyes and stood up from her desk, walking around it to be closer to y/n,

"Fine, good morning," Rosie said sarcastically as y/n looked the woman up and down, seeing she was wearing a pretty maroon suit. While y/n looked over the blonde, Rosie was also looking over y/n, pleased as she was once again in her full suit. The CEO got in front of y/n and reached forward, grabbing her tie as it's becoming her thing almost. Rosie grinned at y/n, "I'm still so happy I made this your official work attire."

"It's making me do more laundry honestly." Y/n complained lightly as Rosie scoffed,

"Whatever, you at least always look hot when you work." The project manager quirked an eyebrow,

"I think that's more of a plus for you." The blonde smiled brightly,

"It is, now let me kiss you." Rosie didn't allow y/n to respond to her as she pulled y/n in by her tie, connecting their lips for the first time since yesterday morning back at the lake house.

Which had been 23 hours and 37 minutes.

Not like Rosie had been counting or anything.

The blonde kept a firm grip on the tie to make sure that y/n wouldn't escape her. Both women had sighed into the kiss and y/n felt her body relax and also feel alive with Rosie's lips on hers once again. Things didn't escalate into a full-blown make out session because y/n was still paranoid someone would enter the office, so she had some willpower to keep things more PG-13ish.
