We didn't talk much till we were sitting in the booth and the waiter had left with out drink orders.

"Did you sleep well?" He asked picking at his napkin.

"Yeah. Did you?" He nodded.

"A bit lonely though." He grinned at me. I looked down and pulled the thin jacket against me.

"Cold?"

"A little," I confessed. He slid closer to me and wrapped his arms around me, rubbing his hands up and down on my arms.

"Want me to go get my jacket out of my car for you?"

"No I'm fine." He was already out of the booth before I finsihed the sentence.

"I'll be right back, stay here." He smiled and leaned down to kiss me on my cheek. I nodded, not like I could go anywhere. I looked around the restruant, young couples talking and laughing. I sighed, tapping my fingers on the table watching the door.

The waiter came back with our drinks.

"Are you guys ready?" He looked over at where Louis was sitting.

"No. A few more minutes please." He nodded and walked off. I pulled out my phone, I didn't know how long he's been gone but it didn't take long to get a jacket. Right? I watched the minutes tick by on my phone; it's been ten minutes. Maybe he's looking for it, I thought. The waiter dropped by again.

"No, but I'm going to go check on him." I stood up and brushed passed the waiter and headed to the door. Only to be stopped in my tracks by Louis. Who's lip was bleeding and had a few cuts and bruises had formed on his face.

"Louis," I said quietly. He glanced quickly at me then his gaze dropped to the floor. I cupped his chin forced him to look at me.

"What happened?" I asked looking over his face.

"Nothing. I'm fine. Just fell." He said pulling my hand away.

"You fell?" I let out a little laugh. "If you're going to lie at least make it make sense." He grimced.

"I'm taking you home." I said.

"But our date." He said standing up straighter but wincing.

"You're hurt Louis. Don't fight with me on this." I said reaching in his back pocket for his wallet.

"I'll be right back." I said to Louis before going off to find the waiter.

"Um were going to go. He's not doing so well." I said to him. He nodded.

"Yeah, I saw."

"How much for the drinks?" I asked opening Louis' wallet, but the waiter shook his head.

"It's on the house."

"Are you sure?"

"Yep. Just say hi to Cassidy for me." I nodded slightly, then glancing at his name tag: 'Aaron.' I walked back to Louis, who was staring at the ground avoiding eye contact with me.

"Come on, let's get you home." He pushed off the wall he had been leaning on and walked to the doors, pushing them open and waited for me to walk through.

"What happened?" I asked when we got to his car. He stayed silent, playing with the keys.

"You don't have to tell me now," I said placing my hands on his, "But you will tell me." I said matter-of-factly. He stared at me in disbelief.

"Get in." He said.

"Are you sure you can drive?" He stared at me then opened the driver door and got in, wincing slightly.

A/N:

Soo I hope you like this chapter!(:

It's a tad bit weird, but mostly all my chapters are :P

Tell me what you think about it though by commenting your opinion on it c:

But waking up and seeing that i got 57 votes, makes me so happy. I don't even think there's any words in the urban dictionary to describe how I feel about that. Just thank you so much(:

Oh and I kind of imagine Emma as Spencer(troian bellisario) from Pretty little liars. Speaking of which I need to get caught up on :o
