I took a deep breath and swallowed before turning around. He had a few inches on me, but I still stood as tall as I could. He was smirking a me, his eyes, usually a light blue with a sparkle was now a darker shade of blue.

"Okay. So if you don't want to leave, then what do you want to do then?" I asked. I figured if I just gave into him staying he'll get bored and just leave.

"Hmm," He looked through the living room, his gaze fell on the couch then to the stairs, then back to me. "I really don't know." He said a moment later. He reached for my hand, I moved it away but that only made him smile.

"Don't do that." He said. He reached for my hand again, this time succeeding. "I'll leave, but only if you answer my question. Correctly of course." Correctly? I echoed in my mind.

"Okay."

"Will you go out on a date with me?" He asked, his eyes slowly returning to a lighter color. I stared at him blankly. He stepped closer to me, wrapping his other arm around my waist pulling me closer. I swear this guy is bi polar, I thought before slowly nodding.

"Great." He smiled big. I wanted to ask what was the point of asking a question if you already told them what they had to answer basically, but i bit I bit my tongue.

"What would happen if I said no?" I asked. His face grew serious.

"I wouldn't leave till you said yes." I nodded. Great, now I see why I don't interact with boys. They end up being creeps. I barely even know you, I thought with a sigh.

"Hmm?" He said lazily. I mentally faced palmed myself, I just had to say that out loud.

"I said I barely know you." He had me pressed up against the door now.

"Sure you do." He said.

"All I know is that you like to laugh and make jokes." I said noticing he had his hand under the back of my shirt. I stood up straighter. He didn't seem to notice i was uncomfortable

"Maybe that's all you should now." He muttered looking away. "That'll change. I promise." He smiled, looking back at me. We stood like that for a few, it felt somewhat nice. His phone went off playing "Hey there Delilah." He sighed before letting go of my hand to retrieve his phone from his jean pocket. "I'll let it go to voicemail." He muttered sticking it back into his pocket.

"I did make a promise and I don't tend to break promises often so I better be going now." He pulled his arm away from my back, I shuffeled out of his way so he could open the door.

"Bye babe." He winked at me and smiled before retreating down the steps. I still think he's a bit odd, I thought watching him. But he does have a great ass.
