To you who ill treated me,
I forgive you.
To you who stabbed me in the back,
I forgive you.
To you who turned your back against me when I needed you most,
I forgive you.
To you who broke my heart into pieces I never imagined it could be,
I forgive you.
To you who used me, took my kindness for granted,
I forgive you.
To you who called me names and made fun of my name,
I forgive you.
To you who body shamed me,
I forgive you.
To you who laughed at my first 0% in chemistry test and laughed while I cried,
I forgive you.
To my bullies,
I forgive you.
I could go on and on
but to you who messed with my head, and hurt my soul I'm still learning to forgive you.
To every single person, too numerous to mention that hurt me, I FORGIVE you all. You taught me lessons I needed to learn and I'm a strong woman because of each and everyone of you.
I know what kind of people I should be be around and I learned that because of you.
So thank you, each and every one of you. Thank you for treating me the way you did. Because it played a big part in who I am now. I release all of my hate and distaste for you.
