Chapter 17-

*Six Months Later*

Taylor's POV:

"How is the databass coming along?" I asked Jeremy. He worked day and night on this on the weekends.

"I'm not anywhere near done." He sighed.

"She hasn't moved in six months." Nirvana said lightly touching her arm. Suddenly Courtland took a large deep breath and thrashed around in her sleep.

"Is she waking up?" Nirvana asked hopefully.

"No. She is going through a troubling event and she's getting nervous." Jeremy assured.

Courtland's POV:

"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride." I was so nervous. Yes Thomas was a Kolev but he wasn't Dimitri. I kept my wits though and kissed him as people clapped. He let me go and I smiled.

After the wedding and small party we went back home I shoved on my robes and my weapons. I had to still plan my assassination.

"You were never one for the romantics love." Thomas said leaning on the door frame and sipping his ale.

"My apologies love. I have to prepare this assassination."

"I still think you're out of your mind love. The assassination of King Uriel?Lord of the werewolves? Do you know how much trouble you will be in if you get caught."

"That's why I am an assassin. I don't get caught."

"Truer words were never spoken, love." He said kissing me hard.

"Let's go while you can still walk."

"Love I can assassinate drunk." He said stumbling a bit to put on his hood. In ways he reminded me so much of Dimitri.

Taylor's POV:

"See now she is fine. It was just that one rough patch." Jeremy said. Courtland was hooked up to a feeding tube because she simply can't go this long without eating.

"So how long?" Ashton asked curiously.

"Judging by this...I have no damn clue. I can't believe it crashed like this. It's like someone planted a virus on it." He sighed shaking his head.

"Well no one was around it and no one could have known this would happen." Tyler said.

"That's what I'm saying I don't know what the hell happened." He said running a hand through his platinum blonde bed-head hair. He spent so hard working he slept down here half the time. It really showed how much he cared for Court.

"She's gotten so thin." Nirvana said. Her mom dressed her everyday and gave her sponge baths as best as she could and she brushed her hair.

But anyways over the six months a lot has happened. Nirvana was pregnant...again. Triplets and guess what? Three boys. Dimitri had his birthday but not how he planned it. But he also changed. His hair changed brown and he cut it short and spiked it up a bit, his skin got more sunkissed after being in the sun so much with playing lacrosse.

He just looked different. Ten times hotter. But Nick was my number one. He was warming up to me and began to stop flirting around with girls and spent more time talking to me. He hasn't asked me out mind you but he still paid more attention to me.

Month and month after it was the same thing, Courtland never made a peep. Nirvana got bigger, Dimitri was more angry and upset, everyone was stressed especially Jer. He was working so hard and he was getting nowhere.
