AN: This chapter is dedicated to Sixx1326 for the awesome cover she made me for the first book of this series. My original cover was...ghetto. It just had a pic of how I portrayed Ashton and Nirvana to look like and now the cover looks so much better! I love it and it took me a while to figure out how to save it to my computer because she made it on photobucket and yea... I am challenged when it comes to things like that.

Anyways enjoy the chapter guys!

Chapter 33-

Courtland's POV:

After we said our goodbyes, Dad, Jeremy, Tyler and I were off to the human world. We sent a couple male pack members ahead of us to secure the jet we were taking and we would board it once we got through.

Our portal will bring us into the west coast of Canada. From there we will board the plane at the airport and head to England.

I was terrified, mostly because I didn't know how everything will turn out. What if Damien kills me? Yea I have kick ass powers but I am not invincible. A knife through my chest would kill me like any other person...or mystical creature. Well except vampires the weapon has to be wood or silver.

Anyways, I didn't know what to expect. How many dark angels did he have? Did he have the other mystical creatures with him? Like the mages and Fairies and such? what if my cloak stops working?

All of these questions surfed through my thoughts as we drove to the portal.

"Are you okay, Courtland?" Dad asked looking into the rearview mirror. Jeremy sat beside me and Tyler was in the front seat and dad drove. I looked at myself realizing I had gone ghastly pale.

"Fine."I mumbled as Tyler turned around to look at me.

"Everything will be fine Court. We won't let anything happen to you." He assured. See? this is his soft side that came out. I forced a smile even though I was still kind of nervous.

Once we got to the gate we were immediately let through once the gate keeper saw who we were.

When we passed through we were at an empty airport. It was night time but I thought airports were constantly busy? We were close to a runway and some pack members approached us. I recognized them. Derek, John, Thomas and Jake. They were dad's closest friends in the pack.

"The town you're going to has word you will be ariving. Somehow they have a runway." Derek said baffled as Thomas and Jake took our bags onto the plane.

"Alright. Ryan is at the castle looking after it while I am gone." Dad said. Ryan was his beta.

"Okay. James is already getting ready. He knows what to do." Derek nodded. We said nothing more and began walking towards the black slick jet. Derek, Thomas, Jake and John all patted my arm reassuringly.

Everyone is counting on me. How can I handle this pressure?

-----

Once we were up and moving I finally was able to relax. Going off the runway was nerve racking. Jeremy lounged on the couch looking through some battle strategies, Tyler looked through his phone most likely texting his mate Julia Mane. She was royal, just a regular wolf though. She wasn't a beta nor alpha but she was smart which is what mostly got her into the school. She was a year younger then us and so small comparred to Tyler.

I always figured he go for someone older and more slutty. Not someone younger, quiet, smart and elegant. She was pretty though. She had brown wavy hair that went to the middle of her back and big brown eyes and lightly tanned skin. She was kind of short and small which looked weird because Tyler was tall and muscular.
