We ate our lunch peacefully together and while walking back to the Hotel on the beach we decided to call Norma to talk to her and show her the place.

"We're doing great, mom, Everything is so beautiful here not to mention that as always Perrie is being the best wife in the whole world" Jade said the last part looking up at me and smiling. I couldn't help but smile back.

"I'm glad" Norma replied with a satisfied smile.

"After we're back from honeymoon, we'll go to Shields to see you" I told her. Norma was like a second mom to me now, no one would ever replace my mom, but Norma definitely shared the space in my heart.

We talked to her for a bit more, showed the beach to her and promised to take her here for a holiday in the future.  We spent the afternoon sightseeing and just enjoying each other, when it was nighttime we went for a nice dinner and then Jade and I went back to the Hotel, happier than ever.

When Jade and I reunited, I promised myself that I would make her the happiest that I could, and after years I still intend to keep this promise every single day. It started out all wrong, but we had the chance to do it right all over again.
