"The Kill Order And The Origins Of Y/n" (Book 1!)

S1 Part 18

Y/n's POV:

We kept running to WCKD's transport, with still flare zombies chasing after us.

Alec held DeeDee's and my hands, so we can run faster together. All 3 of us made it; onto the roof of the building, the WCKD transporter flying down to pick us up. Running up to the roof of the building, me and DeeDee made it first; Alec last, and trying his hardest to hold the door closed.

My sword tightly in my grip; but I knew it was useless, so I placed it back inside my backpack, quickly and fast.

"Alec there's no time come on!!!" I yell, grabbing Alec's arm, moving him far back from the door, with DeeDee next to us.

The WCKD's transporter door opened, guards running out of it; with there guns aimed at the zombies, shooting them. Three guards grabbed me, Alec and DeeDee's arms roughly, dragging us onto the transporter, while more of the guards shot bullets, killing the zombies.

Some of the WCKD guards died; while having other guards drag me, DeeDee and Alec on the transporter, they got all three of us on the transporter; by dragging and pushing us on them, the big metal aircraft doors closed, then took off, the zombies stopped when we flew away, and right after killing some of WCKD guards.

I looked back at the zombies, then at the WCKD guards, and now at this old lady; who has her hair in a bun, and a white professional outfit, with makeup on her.

"Thanks for saving us!" DeeDee yells, in relief and in tears.

The lady nodded, in your welcome to DeeDee. Alec and I looked very suspicious of her, I decided to ask her who she is.

"Who are you?!" I ask, the lady looks at me.

"I'm doctor Ava Pagie. We're here getting you people into safety; before those zombies killed you three. I mean no harm, and I'm working on making a cure." Ava tells us, Alec and I looked shocked.

DeeDee looked very happy, and relieved when Ava said that. For me, my reason on being shocked is; I didn't believe her, so I'll just lie to her.

"Now what's your names?" Ava asks us. Alec was the first to speak, telling her his name.

"I'm Alec." Alec says to Ava.

"I'm DeeDee." DeeDee says, very happy and proud.

"I'm Y/n." I say, very quiet and coldly towards Ava.

"It's nice to meet you three. DeeDee may I change your name, into a different name." Ava said to DeeDee.

DeeDee looked confused, and tilted her head. I was very confused, and raised my eyebrow at Ava.

"A new name is a great start, to a new life." Ava said to DeeDee.

DeeDee was so happy, wanted to know her new name.

"You'll be called Teresa." Ava said. DeeDee...or now known as Teresa, agreed and was now being known as Teresa.

"Get some rest, your new journey will start soon." Ava said to us. I look over at Alec, who's already asleep, so was Teresa, who is asleep.

I fell asleep, finally somewhere that's safe; where I don't have to worry about flare zombies. I woke up; to someone grabbing me, Teresa and Alec out of the aircraft, leaving to pick up more survivors probably. There hands tightly gripping my underarm, and dragging me, Teresa and Alec out of the aircraft. Now us three fully being pushed out of the aircraft.

I turned around, and saw loads of other people here; who are just kids my age. Both boys and girls around guards, and kids are here, talking to one and other. A guard came; and separated Alec from us, he tried to push them away, but the guard was more stronger and took him away.
