Birthday Party

Anastasia
We have been working on Daisy's birthday party for a week. The gifts are to go to the children's wing at the hospital. Everyone is aware of that and we need both girls and boys gifts for every age. The invitations went out to two hundred people. Everyone is coming and not all are children, some are people who have met Daisy and really enjoyed her banter. Some are older than dad and think of Daisy as their grandchild. A few from Montesano and I have Daisy by my side and security guards are thick enough to assure our safety. Carla has been seen in the area recently and we need to be on the ball. She has tried to see Daisy and I am afraid she will kidnap her. Christian is here and Daisy is happy to see him and runs to him as he kneels to hug her and picks her up. She hugs and kisses his cheeks. You would think they are father and daughter and I know she hopes that will happen.

Mia
I greet Kate and she has a gift for a child in her hands and we put it on the tables to box up and put the names on the thank you cards as they put them in the boxes to take to the hospital so far they have three boxes on their way to the hospital. I swear all two hundred guests have brought plus ones and twos or threes. Joseph is helping with the presents and Ray is boxing them up. It is highly organized and very nice of them. People really like Daisy. She has plenty of gifts and she wants to share with the children in the hospital.

Kate
I bring Ethan with me to the party, I don't know who the party is for but I was asked to bring a present for a child and mark it as a gift for boy or girl and age it is for and my name and address to get the thank you card for it. Ethan does the same and he worries about giving his address, but I assure him if it is Mia Grey it is for the thank you notes for the gifts. I see Mia and I head her way and Ethan follows me. She is with a small girl who is by a young woman, well she's very young and not very tall, but she's holding hands with the little girl. What really catches my eye us the girl is holding hands with Christian Grey. Elliott Grey is standing there talking to the little girl and he is laughing. Soon others are laughing and I see a lot of little children playing with each other.

Elliott
I see Kate and smile at her and she says hello and we introduce Daisy and Anastasia to her, she already knows us. Daisy starts her inquisition but treads lightly. I think Kate is shocked because she asks her if she is thirty years old? Daisy laughs and tells her it isn't the first time she's been asked that question. I am standing closer to Kate and tell her that Daisy wanted to meet the person who turned me down on a date so she wanted her to attend her birthday. She asks Daisy and she is surprised by her response.

Daisy
I think you should give Elliott a chance and go out on a date with him. He says he has changed and he's looking to date only one person and he wants that to be you. He us a fun person and he has a successful business and has a gorgeous home. I have seen it.

Kate
Oh lord this child is hard to say no to. I think she set this up. I don't know what to think so to appease her I agree to the date only if she and her parents join us. Anastasia tells me that Christian isn't Daisy's father. There is no father. Christian smiles and picks up Daisy and says I will stand in for him. She smiles and hugs Christian. So we have it solved. Christian isn't the father of the young girl like rumors going around. Her mother was very young when she had Daisy and I doubted that she was a Grey. Christian definitely would have been present in any child he might have with any woman.

Elliott
I get her number and address and we set up a date and time between the five of us. I talk to her more and she asks Daisy's age and I tell her she's seven. I don't tell her Anastasia's age. I don't want her to ask questions about Anastasia. We walk around and I wink at Daisy as we find food and drink and a place to chat. Ethan stayed with Mia, Daisy, Christian and Anastasia. I think he likes Mia and the might be why Kate came and brought him with her. When I heard that she was bringing a plus one I was worried, but when I saw her plus one I breathed easier.

Kate
Grace and Carrick came by and introduced us to Ray and Joseph Steele and told me Ray is Anastasia and  Joseph's father and Daisy grandfather.  I ask where grandma is at. Ray says she is not allowed near any of us and she might be in Seattle right now. I ask if she looks exactly like Anastasia just a lot older? They tell me yes and I tell them a woman tried to get in with us but I refused to let her in with us. He calls security to triple the entrances and exits and circle Daisy and Anastasia. Soon I see people surround Daisy and they can't be seen at this point.

Carla
I couldn't get inside with any of the guest. I tried to get in the car with one guest but she told me no and drive on through and made sure I could slip inside the gates. I am trying to get in and can't. It's Daisy's birthday today and I deserve to see my husbands child on her birthday. It is also Anastasia's 20th birthday today. She doesn't celebrate hers anymore. I see security come towards me so I drive off.
