Azazel smiled and bounced as she walked to see the love of her life. She felt her heart beat fast and smiled wider at the thought of their three years Anniversary. A part of her hoped he would propose but she was also scared she will say no. But she pushed the thought away and walked into the building they were supposed to meet in. He had said it was a surprise and that she would love it.

"Gilbert?" She called out in the dark room and smoothed down her dress. She wanted to look perfect for this. She looked around in the dim lighting but no one was there.

"Gilbert?" She called out again and this time she could see a figure walk towards her. She knew him so well, from his broad shoulders to his untamed hair to his beyond handsome face, to the way he walked.

He walked to her and stood close to her as she smiled up at him and he did too. His smile was only for her and she savoured it. He was beautiful. With blonde hair that was always slicked back, deep blue eyes that always showed her only love, strong arms that always held her to protect her, pink lush lips that always looked like he was pouting. Everything about him was absolutely beautiful and she wanted to treasure every part of him.

"Hey love" he said softly and she smiled "Hey." Her voice came out soft and barely a whisper. He held her hands in his and softly pecked her cheek.

"I love you. I always will." he said as he smiled and Azazel's lips parted but she smiled immediately "I love you too" she said and he leaned down and his lips met hers in a soft kiss. She savoured every taste of him and inhaled his scent. She always loved it.

He slowly pulled away and let her hands go before taking a few steps back. Azazel watched with confusion etched to her face. Before she could open her mouth and ask a question a cage fell around her from above her and she jumped back in shock. She looked around and found herself locked.

Her gaze met his and watched the love and warmth disappear from his eyes. Something else took over, something dark. His lips stretched into a nerve wrecking smirk and she was scared by the look on his face.

This was some sick joke right? He was playing with her?

"Gil, what is this? If it is one of your silly games, stop. I am not up for it." She watched as he walked closer to the cage she was in and gave her a wicked smile. A smile that broke her heart. That look would be etched to her mind forever, scarring her memories.

"It was all a game love. All of it." He paused and took in the pure, raw hurt and pain in her eyes as tears welled up in her eyes.

"It was all a lie."

"No!" Azazel's eyes shot open and she felt her chest raise and fall in a rapid way as she struggled to catch her breath. She stared up at the dark ceiling and calmed herself.
