I started writing these to help cope with my past trauma and current negative feelings. Beware, it covers a few darker topics at times, so make sure you take care of yourself if you have any triggers about losing a baby, verbal abuse, self-harm/suicide, belittling oneself, etc.
I hope these can help others out there going through these events or those who have been through similar events.
Make sure you always take care of yourself; mentally and physically. You are loved. You are important. You matter.
