Chapter Three: Back In Israel

It has been a few days, and Ziva and Nash have been in Israel but due to the fact Ziva has been on edge, Ziva decided to leave Nash with her grandparents until Ziva was very sure it was safe for Nash to come back, much to Nash's non-delight as her grandparents kept lecturing Nash about disappearing and such, while her brother, Amolt, was giving her the shits of telling Nash she should have stayed in Israel and etc, which bothered Nash so much, but Nash was more worried about her mum as Nash had a sneaking suspicion that her mother was pregnant and a couple of days later, Ziva shows up to Nash's grandparent's place and Amolt and Nash were in their rooms when they hear their grandparents arguing with Ziva in Hebrew, and Nash could tell her mother was taking both of her children with her in worry of their safety as she believed her kids were endanger, but Nash hears her grandfather yelling "You don't have the right to take them, Ziva! They don't want you! They don't need you!" Nash could her mother yelling back "I don't think Amolt does, but I know for a fact Nash needs me more than ever! You both failed her!" The grandparents went quiet and soon Ziva knocks on Nash's door making her jump and Nash said trying to act like she didn't hear the argument "Come in... I can't stop you from breaking my door..." Suddenly the door opened and Nash turns to see her mum and Nash got up and hugged her mother happy to see her as Nash really wants to leave and Ziva said to her "Grab your things, honey... You and your brother are coming with me..." Nash looked at her mother but did what she was asked as Nash hated being here and Amolt honestly didn't want to go as he threw a tantrum as Ziva took them to her car and Amolt was screaming saying he wanted to go home and Nash and Ziva had to hear his screams for a while until Amolt fell asleep and Nash asked her mother "Where we going, Ima?" Ziva replied calmly and quietly not to wake Amolt up "Just outside of Tel Aviv, we living in a farmhouse that my father owned a few years ago... When I was... Happy..." Nash looked at her mother who clearly looked a bit more at ease than she was a few weeks ago and Nash asked "Are you ok, Ima?" Ziva nodded as they got to the driveway and Ziva picked up her son from the backseat and Nash got out of the front seat to see the farmhouse, it was decent size and had plenty of land and Nash grabbed her and Amolt's bags from the boot of the car and followed her mother inside and Nash asked putting her brother's bag down "Is it... Safe?" Ziva nodded as she placed Amolt onto a bed and closed it to let him sleep off and Nash could tell her mother is tired and Nash asked "Are... Are you pregnant, Ima?" Ziva was quiet hearing that question and after a couple of minutes, Ziva finally answered "Yes... I am..." Nash only knew one guy that possibly gotten her pregnant which was Tony DiNozzo and Nash asked "Are you gonna tell him?" Before Ziva could answer, they hear a knock on the door and Ziva signalled Nash to go to her own room which Nash did and Ziva slowly walked up to the door and opened it to see Tony which shocks Ziva but kinda makes her feel angry and Tony said "Hey Ziva..." Ziva just stared at him for a moment before letting him in and Ziva said "What the fuck, Tony?! What are you doing here?!" Nash opened the door to see her mother getting upset about Tony being here and Nash knew Amolt would sleep through the argument with her mother and Tony and Tony said "Ziva... I..." Before he could answer, his laptop goes off and Ziva looked at the bag and then him and Ziva asked "How long you been in Israel?" Tony replied ignoring his laptop "Since August ..." Again, Tony's laptop buzzed and Tony and Ziva looked at each other and Ziva said "Answer the damn laptop, next time, Tony..." Ziva walks off pretty bothered that Tony showed up and Tony sighed as he heads outside to set his laptop up and Nash followed and watched him set it up and again, Tony's laptop buzzed and Tony answered "Uh, yeah, I'm here." Tony notices Nash looking and Ziva walked to where her daughter is to see Tony talking to McGee and Gibbs but Ziva kept herself off the screen not wanting anyone else finding her or her kids and Tony asked "You want me to give up on Ziva?" Ziva signalled Nash to go back to her room to leave this talk with the adults and Gibbs said to Tony "I didn't say that." "You giving up on her?" "I didn't say that, either. If Ziva doesn't want to be found, you aren't going to find her. I'm saying you should respect that." "I know... I just... I need to go off the grid for a few days, follow this lead... I just need a little more time." "You do what you have to do." Soon they stop the call and Tony closed his laptop and said to Ziva while thinking "You know how hard that was..." Ziva replied to him calmly trying to keep her cool "Gibbs was wrong. I did not want you to find me and yet, you did." Tony said to her "I should have told him." Ziva groaned in annoyance and walks back into her house and Tony followed her and Ziva said loudly losing her temper in a second "You cannot beat down my door one minute, and expect me to face my old life again the next!" Tony was shocked on Ziva's sudden behaviour and said to her "Hey!" Ziva stopped to look at him and he continued "I had to take the call." Ziva replied to him annoyed and slightly pissed "You did not have to do any of this... Why are you here?" Tony replied to her calmly "Because you invited me." "That was before." Tony looked at her confused on that comment and asked "Before what?" Ziva was quiet as she was tempted to tell him that she was pregnant with his child but said instead "You should not have come." Ziva walked off into her room in annoyance and Tony was confused to what was happening and he noticed one of the doors was slightly opened and knew Nash was listening to their conversion and Tony said to Nash "Hey, Nash... Got your daughter back?" Nash opened her door to come out and replied "Not... yet... There is a lot of things being processed but she won't be in my custody unless I have someone to support feeding her..." Tony nodded and asked "Mind if we have a talk?" Nash bit her lip as she was afraid of telling Tony her mum's secret and Tony said "I promise I won't push you about anything personal..." Nash nodded and followed him onto the property and Tony asked "Do you know why your mum is in a funny mood?" Nash replied to him "She's just stressed on looking after me and my brother..." Tony was surprised and asked "Your brother is also here?" Nash nodded and said "Ima came our grandparents place today and had a big argument and ima took Amolt and I away... Amolt wasn't happy with it while I was grateful..." Tony asked her as they walked in the fields of the Farmland "You don't have a good relationship with your grandparents?" Nash replied sadly "Nope... They prefer Amolt because he was their golden child... And he reminds them of our dad, so Amolt got all the love while I didn't... Although they gave me more freedom... But they were willing to downgrade me to an druggie and an abusive person..." Tony felt sorry for Nash and Nash said "The closest people I ever felt as my real family was everyone at NCIS... You all cared for me and even protected me... When I didn't deserve it... I hate being here in Israel... I want to go back to Washington... My real home..." Tony looked at Nash and wanted to help her and Ziva and Tony said to her "Let me try and talk to your mum..."
