Rhys rung the bell to Stiles' house, rocking backwards and forwards on the balls of his feet, anxiously waiting for someone to answer. A couple of moments later, the Sheriff opened the door, a small smile on his face.

"It's Rhys, right? Maya's nephew?" The sheriff asked, as he let Rhys into the house.

"Yeah,"Rhys nodded rather awkwardly.

The sheriff seemed to be assessing him, "Yeah, Stiles said you'd be coming over. Did you want something to eat?"

"I'm good thank you," Rhys turned down the offer politely. "I ate with my Aunts before I came here."

Noah was about to reply, when heavy footsteps came rushing down the stairs.

"Dad!" Stiles called as he walked into the kitchen where Rhys was stood with Noah. He paused, looking between them, "I said I was going to get the door."

"Sorry, son, I was curious," Noah said, as he walked over to Stiles patting his shoulder before exiting the room.

"Curious about what?" Stiles called, but his dad didn't reply. He huffed, turning back to Rhys, "He didn't say anything to you did he?"

Rhys furrowed his brows, "Like what?"

"Like anything strange?"

"No," Rhys shook his head, "he just offered me dinner, why?"

"No reason," Stiles said, then pointed his thumb upstairs, "shall we?"

Rhys nodded and followed Stiles upstairs into his room, and he was unsurprised to see it filled with various action figures and film posters. He chuckled slightly, shaking his head, turning to Stiles.

"It is exactly how I imagined," Rhys stated. Stiles furrowed his eyebrows, debating whether or not he should be offended. "You are so predictable, it's crazy."

Rhys walked around stopping by a mass of comics, "Have you got any Nightwing comics?" He asked curiously, browsing through the section.

"You like DC comics?" Stiles asked, sounding stunned. Rhys laughed at his shocked face.

"Don't sound so surprised," he said, picking up a batman comic instead. "I'm more than just a pretty face."

Stiles seemed to find his comment funny as he laughed, "You sure are," he replied. Rhys felt his face get hot at the comment, but ignored it focusing on Stiles' book shelf. "You're a Percy Jackson fan!?" he said excitedly.

Stiles walked over to him, grabbing The Lightning Thief book, "Yeah, I read them when I was younger."

"Me too," Rhys smiled, they had been his favourite books when he was younger and he immediately grew to have a fascination with Greek and Roman Mythology. "That's annoying because now I can't hate you."

Stiles raised an eyebrow, "You hate me?" he said in a light tone.

"Maybe not hate, but I definitely find you insufferable from time to time," Rhys commented, walking back over to where he had dumped his bulky bag onto Stiles' bed.

"Well that's nice," Stiles commented sarcastically. "For the record, I always thought you were annoying because of your accent - which is hard to understand."

Rhys scoffed, "If you think my accent is hard, you should meet my Northern cousins."

Rhys reached into his bag bringing out a massive book, The history of Lycanthropy and dropping it into Stiles' bed with a thud.
