"I told you I don't know anything!"

My head whips to the side again. These psychos keep hitting me like I'll tell them something about Jaxon.

"You do know! You know everything about him. Why won't you tell us? We could end your suffering." The guy in front of me yells in my face.

If he wasn't hurting me, I might think of him as cute but he's not a very kind host. His dark ginger hair is pretty long and goes to the start of his jaw line. His green eyes squint from anger and he's pretty buff. Not as buff as my Jaxon but whatever.

"I do know everything about him." I say tauntingly, wincing when I form my sly smirk.

He stands back with furrowed eyebrows and his hands on his hips as he tries to figure out what to do with me.

"Do you guys even know why you're fighting?" I ask, a little confused.

"Yes, he- um. Well, his father-. It doesn't matter, it's between me and him." The guy spits.

"If it's between you and him, then why am I here?" I ask with a tilt of my head while making a face.

"Because he cares about you and when he tries to get you back, I'll get to kill him or maybe, I'll kill you in front of him." He thinks, actually putting his hand on his chin.

I purse my lips while watching him. He's so weird.

"Hear me out, okay? How about you do neither? Just a suggestion, of course! Personally, I think killing people might be too far." I say, shrugging my shoulders as best as I could with a fractured collar bone.

"Why would I do that?" He asks, making a face.

"I don't know, maybe because it's the right thing to do!" I exclaim and if my hands weren't tied behind my back, I'd throw them up.

"It might be a little too late for that." He says, wincing as he looks at my body.

"Nothing is too late." I say sarcastically.

It gets quiet as he looks at me and the damage he and his men have done to me as I watch him carefully.

Which strange enough, I saw John in the crowd of men. That where he's been, he is such a rat honestly. I won't have to worry much about him though because Jaxon's going to kill him the moment he sees John.

I should be scared of him after all, he just beat me to a pulp but he's kind of nice if you think about it. The men tried to take off my clothes but he put a stop to it and he's been bringing me nice meals. I even got McDonald's. Of course, I didn't really eat much of it, I'm still trying to win Ms. America.

"How long have I been here?" I ask with furrowed eyebrows.

"About a week and a half." He says, waving his hand like he didn't know exactly.
