General POVPink clouds filled the sky, and the sunset bled through the gaps of the fluffy clouds, lighting up the courtyard with the final rays of sunlight. A cold breeze began to flow through the trees, the kind that makes your hairs stick up on your arms and sends shivers down your spine.
To the right of the courtyard was a dingy, stained green 3-seater couch. On the left sat the short Indian teen, his long wavy fawn hair locks getting in his face. A tiny baby lay in his arms as he sat up stiff. The tiny baby was wrapped in a tatty cream blanket. Protecting her from the icy breeze. On the right sat a tall, black, freckly young man, with brunette dreadlocks hanging over the right side of his face. A cheesy grin on his face as he watched his friend attempt to handle holding his baby.
"What if it pukes?" Aasim asked nervously as he stared down at the baby in terror.
"It's not gonna puke she- did you just 'it' my daughter?" Louis asked he put his hand on his chest like he was offended, but he wasn't actually. He couldn't help but smirk slightly.
Aasim awkwardly cleared his throat. Desperate to change the subject. "S-so anyway, I was thinking of Adila...f-for the baby... If it's a girl. You know, after my mum." Aasim muttered anxiously as he looked down at Diana, picturing what it would be like to hold his own baby.
"Malik or Walker?" Louis asked curiously, a small content smile forming on his face. Aasim finally looked up at Louis but still seemed rather nervous.
"Well since Roo is the one carrying her I'll let her decide, But I do kinda like 'Adila Navi Malik-Walker." Aasim grinned, a small frisson of excitement went up his spine.
"Whoa." Louis gasped.
"I know, it's a mouthful. But Navi was my Nanny's name and I kinda like both of our last names." Aasim rushed as he sat up straighter, facing Louis on his left.
"Hm, I don't hate it. It's kinda cute." Louis encouraged him with a warm smile. Aasim's face lit up as he grinned ear to ear.
"Hey, why don't you go tell Ruby the good news? She'll be ecstatic to hear that you're excited now." Louis suggested as he gently slapped his friend's shoulder. Aasim beamed as he nodded eagerly.
"Okay!" He exclaimed as he stood up. "Here take this." Aasim rushed as he near enough threw Diana back in Louis's arms.
"Jesus!" Louis muttered as his child got rammed into his ribs. He let out a light-hearted chuckle as Aasim darted indoors like Usain Bolt.

Ruby leaned forward as she clutched her stomach, letting out a small, high-pitched agonizing grunt. Her head was covered in sweat and tears streamed down her face. She leaned back and slammed against her wooden bed. She was whimpering as she breathed heavily. She looked to her left where Clem knelt down next to her. Holding onto her trembling hand. Clem's eyes were wide with terror. Staring at her friend in agony. She forced herself to take deep breaths, trying to hide the fact that she was scared shitless. Her eyes took a quick glance at the pool of blood by Ruby's legs. Coating the wooden floor.
"I'm losin' it...aren't I?" Ruby whimpered with a squeak as she faced Clem. Clem opened her mouth to speak but failed to get any words out.
