Five years earlier

When I opened my eyes I saw Noah holding my hand he has rested his head on the bed. His face was pale I didn't know how long I've been in hospital.
Last thing I remember is that bastard was about to shot Noah and I came in between and I got shot on my abdomen.
I didn't saw nathan here neither did I saw him when the incident happened.
I ran my fingers through his hair,his black hair is so smooth. Some of his hairs fell on his face and he started saying something in his sleep.
"Moon I won't let anything happen to you you're mine all mine nothing will happen to you." He started panicking. But his words hit me right in my heart.
"Noah wake up wake up I'm fine I'm here with you." always with you
He woke up. His eyes were red and swollen. He didn't say anything He's just looking at me and smiling .
I touched his cheek with my hand he kissed it. I feel so many butterflies in my stomach this man feels something different. He feels like home
"What are you looking at Noah?" I asked him.
"You. I'm looking at you, your beautiful face your hair you eyes your everything. You are a work of art moon."
OMG OMG!!!
His answer made my heart flutter there is a sudden sense of heat on my cheeks I'm blushing.
"Leave everything aside. How are you feeling right now,are you in pain, do you wanna eat something, should I call the doctor?"
"Noah stop stop I'm fine I just have a little pain." I said
"Okay then let me call the doctor he'll check you." Noah said.
"Okay."
The doctor came he's asking me several question about where do I have pain and what I'm feeling.
"Your boyfriend is quite protective and I must say you are his everything." Doctor said.
"My boyfriend? Who?" I asked
"The guy who was in this room before I came."
"What made you think that he's my boyfriend?"
"The way he warned the doctors that he'll burn this hospital if we failed to save you he was crying like a child he didn't leave your hand for a second after your surgery and also the way he was calling you his girl."
Noah did all this. But why?
Does he feel the same. The way I feel for him.
"But doctor he is not my boyfriend he's my bodyguard."
"Hmmmm i see."
"What?"
"He's in love with you."
"No he's not"
"Yes he is."
I have to talk to nathan or Natalie about all this. But where the fuck is nathan.
Somebody knocked on the door.
"Who's this?"
"It's me buddy." Oh it's nathan
"Come in asshole."
He came to hug me but I stopped him.
"Hey what happened?" He asked
"What happened? You're asking me what happened? I got shot nathan it's night now and now I'm seeing you and you're telling me what happened I'm angry with you."
"Buddy I'm so sorry but you don't know what happened." He said.
"Then tell me."
"When they started shooting and we all came out of car Noah held your hand and dragged you behind the tree I was coming towards you someone held me from behind and drugged me then I don't know what happened I woke up in the back seat of my car. My neck was sore. Then I came to know that you got shot and I came here."
"Ohhhh I'm so sorry, come here." Then I hugged my buddy.
"Nathan listen to me I want to tell you something."
"Me too me too!!!!!" He said with the same excitement.
But Noah interrupted us. I like this interruption.
"Moon they gave you discharge we're leaving in half an hour.
nathan how's your neck now?"
"It's fine." Nathan replied.
Okay, you help moon to get to the car I'll be waiting in the car."
"Okay."

_NOAH_
I'm taking moon to my house because I can't risk her life again.
"Hey Mr. Bodyguard where we are going that is not where I live." Nathan asked.
It's the 10th time he's asking where we are going ah this man I don't know why but I hate him.
"Me and lily we are going to stay at my house and then you'll go to yours and if you want you can stay at my house too."
"But why?"
"Why do you ask so many questions?
I want Moon's safety they know where you live, they can attack moon there but they don't have any idea about where I live so moon is safer at my place,got it now stop asking so many questions and let me drive."
Moon is still sleeping when we reached my home so I lifted her in my arms and carried her inside the house. I can see the jealousy in Nathan's eyes and that makes me the happiest. I took her to my room and laid her on my bed. She's still sleeping. She was in pain when we left the hospital. She then fell asleep in the car.
I hope she'll be fine when she wakes up I left the room leaving her alone there. Nathan is in the living area sitting on the sofa I sat beside him. I feel so relaxed after coming here. I hadn't came here in few months now.
"I thought you'd have a small apartment but you have a quite big bungalow." He said again this man talks too much.
"Yeah my parents used to live here but they don't anymore they left it for me and yeah it's big but I'm not poor my company pays me enough that I can buy a house bigger than this. "
"Where are they now?"
"They got separated. My father lives in France and my mother lives here in Europe with her second husband and two daughters."
"Oh okay."
"What about your parents?" I asked him.
"They died in a car crash few years ago. The only people who I can call mine are Natalie lily and edvard uncle." He answered.
"I'm so sorry I didn't know about that."
"It's okay. I'll leave now jojo might be waiting for me."
"Jojo?"
"Ahh you don't know Jojo he's my cat my baby."
"Okay okay by then he'll be upset if you don't reach on time."
