Someshwar's Pov

"Now before i pull these crimson cheeks of yours, leave!"

I have not been able to get these words out of my head.
What gets into her all of a sudden I don't get it but am I complaining?
Absolutely not! If being a little unprofessional makes her feel happy I will take it.

Yes I am smiling to myself because she's adorable like that. When she's bickering around and being herself. I am glad she feels comfortable enough around me.
Checking the time on my wrist watch I realized it is time for lunch break now.

I was just about to grab my lunchbox and leave for the lunch area when Surya walked in along with Ridhi.

"What happened are we not having lunch in the lunch area today?"

Surya shook his head to my question and loosened up his tie a bit, before taking a seat in front of me.

"Naah, some disturbance is always there. It's better that we enjoy our lunch here."

He looks very tired today but he has a point. This way it's more comfortable to have conversations that are meant to be solely between the four of us. But it's just the three of us today...

"Woh nahi ayegi use thoda kaam hai, Someshwar."
(She won't be able to join us today due to some work, Someshwar.)

Ridhi answered my unsaid question as she opened up her lunchbox excitedly.

"Tum dono behene pehle mera dimaag padhna band karo..."
(Both of you stop reading my mind for once...)

Focusing on my meal which is
Parathe with Pahadi style Aloo , for today, I complained to her lightheartedly and she shook her head rigorously with a beaming smile.

"My lunch is a little boring today, what are you two having?"

Surya had a bitter expression on his face as he gazed upon his lunchbox which has Karele ki sabzi. Who's gonna tell him they're not always that bitter and they're beneficial for health too?

"Pahadi Aloo Gutke!"

"Paneer bhurji! Tarini made it for me on special demand, hehe!"

I and Ridhi respectively gave our answers. Ridhi is the happiest one right now and the mention of Paneer made Surya's eyes glimmer.

"Share kar le yaar? Meri pyaari dost nahi hai?"
(please share with me? Aren't you such a lovely friend of mine?)

I placed a morsel in my mouth whereas Surya started buttering Ridhi with his distinguish sweet tone. But she's a smart one,Surya, she's not falling for that.

"Lovely? Someshwar remember , He called me Chipkali? Nahi deti jao!(I'm not sharing with you!)"

Surya was left speechless with her answer and this just makes me laugh. She continued to enjoy her lunch ,practically teasing Surya with each morsel as she boasted about the delicious taste.

"Aisa mat kar ek bite hi khilade, Ridhi yaar?"
(Don't do this, just one bite please, Ridhi?)

Surya gave her puppy eyes and waited for her to feed him a morsel with his mouth open. Ridhi being the soft hearted one melted quickly and fed him a bit.

"Tarini made this!?!! I can't believe it, tastes amazing! Som you should also try once I am not lying."

Ridhi eagerly got up from her seat to feed another bite to me and...
It really does taste amazing, ek dum ghar ke khane jaisa swaad.
Which is a big deal because it is rare to find the same taste in food that is not cooked by my Maa.
