Chapter - 26

Previously :

"Hey cupcake"

Present :
"Jae I'll send you and address, come to that as quickly as possible" I said. Yes the only person I could think of was Jae-in.
"You okay? What happened?"  He asked.
"I'll explain later, bring Jack along with you" I said.
"Okay" he said and I hung up.

Jae-in is still Jae-in even of it was our past life or this one. He didn't change even a bit while my friend Ji-na who is now Ji-young sure changed a lot. Jackson who I assume is Jake happened to be the friend of Jae-In. I feel that I have to kill her dad but luckily he abundant both of them from the birth at least this time they get to have a good life with out him spoiling their minds.

Few hours later.

This is the place I suppose. I was in front of an old looking building oh wait it's the same building where I was kept hostage.
I checked my phone but not a single call from him.
I sighed as I realized everything is repeating itself.
The same people, same place and the same murderer.

I entered from the main door and two men came towards me I stepped back but they stopped.
"Hand over your phone and any possible things you are hiding" they said.
I gave my phone but there was nothing else they could find other than that.
"Follow us" they said as one walked in the front and other behind with me at his gun point.

Soon after we reached a dark room I was familiar with.
The door opened and that's when I saw him sitting near the chair where Jimin was tied.
He seemed passed out, blood dripping from his forehead, cheeks swollen with bruises.
"Oh you are here!" Kang said as he jumped up from the chair.
"What do you want?! Why are you doing this to him?!" I was furious but he just sighed.
"What a long meet but you still chose to shout at me. I am hurt" he said.
"Let him go" I said.
He looked at Jimin then towards me.
"Haha such a funny situation. Is this the a romantic movie? You are trying to save him even though you'll die" he laughed it out but suddenly stopped.
"For your kind of information, love stories cringe me the most" he said with a serious face.

"What do you want?" at this point I was surly terrified.
"It's simple, I want you dead but before that I want you to witness the death of your lover" I widened my eyes at what he said.
I rushed towards him but two men held me from arm.
"Leave me!" I tried to get away from their grip but couldn't.
"Oh just so you could know that Jae-In guy will be following you soon" he continued pointing towards somewhere.
I looked at the direction and Jack was has tied his hands and mouth.

"So even in this birth you chose to deceive your friends" I was feeling so betrayed. I never thought he'd do that to his childhood friend whom he works with neither did I thought he'll make this decision even after what happened last time.
"It runs through family, darling. We can't do anything about it" he said and shrugged.
"Y/n" a faint voice. Jimin was awake but his eyes were still half closed.
"You are up I see so let's start the procedure." He said and walked towards Jimin with a surgical knife.
"Stop! Don't do that! He did nothing wrong to you!" I shouted as he was moving it towards his neck.
"Oh yes he did. He made you feel happy when I wanted you to feel miserable all this time. The reason I didn't kill your family first was because I wanted you to suffer alone even after death and about him I will just torture him until he signs his property under my name." he smiled at the last sentence. I fell on my knees as I felt helpless and tears formed in my eyes.

"Y-you sure talk a lot." Jimin said breathlessly.
"I like the way your one cheek has a dimple. Should we take it out first?" he said and made a cut on the left side of his. Jimin was in so much pain as blood was dripping from that side. Seeing him like that I couldn't stop my tears.
"Stop! Just stop!" I cried but he seems to enjoy it.
He continued to make another sharp cut on the same side. Jimin didn't made a sound. He endured it. Jae-In looked at me with the same helpless gaze.

"Not this time dad" the door opened with a loud sound as Ji-young entered with a gun.
I was shocked to see her here.
I looked at Jack who was pointing his gun at his dad.
Ji-young and Jack shot the men who were holding me and now it was only the  6 of us in the room.
"You both betrayed me again" He gritted his teeth.
"It's not like you weren't expecting it" Jae-In said. He was fully untied.
"Leave him Dad. Get away from there" Ji-young said.
"You both are such scumbags!" he shouted.
"Now everyone will die!" he shouted and took out some sort of remote then said

"This building will collapse with all of us inside."
