Chapter - 30

Author's pov

It's been few months since the incident and Jimin is fully healed. The fractures on his ribs and and other bones are back to normal. It wasn't less than a miracle that it was healed in such a short time.
He is back to work but you left his company. The whole thing happened when the reporters again started questioning you about his absence.
It was Jimin's suggestion to let you work with you brother. Although a part of you wanted to keep working with him so you'd stay by his side but you still agreed. Jimin half heartedly singed your resignation letter when he still wasn't ready to let you go off from his site for even a minute.

Time passed really quickly with you and him even though you were apart but you still used to communicate well and you frequently used to visit each other as well but nothing intimidating happened after that incident. Jimin seems to have forgotten about it. Not to mention you were kinda dissapointed coz why not its been a whole damn life ago since you two had done something like that.

However it didn't affect you relationship at all. Jimin was still the same just like he used to be when he was a dreamwalker. Cute, sweet, caring, charming, handsome, mischievous, hot and so much more. The only difference was he was a lot more busier than your previous life and this time he was a human whom you can date without a fear. It was all so normal and perfect.

In the blink of an eye, days passed, months passed and then finally years passed just like that. Being with him was the greatest gift for you. There was nothing more you could've ever asked for. Everything seems to be right and when you are together.

It's been a whole year since you and Jimin are dating. A lot happened to name a few.
Jae-In and Ji-young's wedding which was the most shocking incident for you. You never imagined they both will end up together but they looked happy so the shock was replaced with admiration.
Getting over your crush on Hobi wasn't much of an easy job but Jimin kept getting jealous and protective so right now you have to maintain distance even though you don't have a crush on Hobi but Jimin still doesn't like it.

Jackson finally met Namjoon and he lives a normal life as Namjoon visit him from time to time. They have become besties despite of their differences.

1 month after leaving Jimin's company.
"Y/n, I swear to God if you don't stop talking about Hoseok I am gonna fire him" Jimin sounded frustrated on the call.
"But he texted me after so long."

3 months
"What?!"
"Yes ma'am, Mr. Park Jimin is here for the meeting" your office door opened.
"Missed me baby?" Jimin entered and u hugged him tightly.

6 months
"Park Industries and Co. Is going to sign a partnership with Kim enterprises, which is the company of his girlfriend's family" News spread all across the internet and again things happened the same way but this time Jimin was really with you.

10 months
"No! Y/n! Don't go" Jimin wiped his tears.
"Get your drunk ass inside your house. Who told you to get wasted with my brother." you said guided him to the guest room. It would happen almost every weekend so your house's guest room is like his own personal room.
As if you already wasn't struggling with his weight, to make it worse he started singing with his whole body.
"I'd rather be lost in the lights, lost in the lights. I am outta my mind. Can you help me numb the pain~" yes surely he's gonna regret it in the morning like every other day.
Soon you opened the door.
"Now set me freeeeee" with that he jumped into the bed.
You chuckled at his cute flushed cheeks and drunk reaction. He's come to like alcohol a lot.

Present
You sighed at your memories of your man and now he's out of your site it's been so long since you last saw him.
He face timed you last night but it doesn't seem to be enough it's you 1st anniversary after all.
You were lost in you thoughts then received a text from you brother.
He told you to be ready for the family dinner tonight and sent you the address of the restaurant.

At evening you got ready for the dinner and reached at the place. It wasn't dark it was just sun setting right now but your brother asked you to be early before it gets dark and dinner starts.
You looked around but there was no restaurant at all. You re checked the address and called you brother but he didn't picked it. You sighed and just got out of your car admiring the beauty in front of you



It was so beautiful to look at and so calming to be annoyed at. Not like you had anything else to do since the view was just so mesmerizing. It reminds of the black thorn forest where Jimin confessed for the very first time. A tear slipped at the old memories.

"Blushy"
Wait that voice and that nickname only one person calls you that.
"Jimin" you turned as soon as you felt a hand slipping into yours.
"Hey" he embraced you and you took the warmth you were missing.
"I missed you so much" you said and he creased your head.
"I know" with that he kissed the top of your head.
"Was this your plan to call me here through my brother?" you asked breaking the hug.
"Oh my girlfriend is so smart" he said and pinched your cheeks.
"Why were you crying?" he asked.
"I just missed you" you said looking into his eyes that were full of admiration.
"Can I ask you something?" he said and you nodded.
"In our previous life, you promised me you'll live happily than why did you-" Jimin couldn't bring him to say that.
"Because I was tired of fighting. I was so tired of it. I lost everything and I knew that if I died things would've been easier for them. Jackson and Ji-na won't be blamed for helping their dad. That's the least I could do for them. Even when I was happy after getting him arrested I saw you." at the last sentence Jimin's eyes were teary.

"I saw you and I wanted to follow you. I wanted to be where you were Jimin.  My life was empty without you." with that Jimin hugged you tightly and wiped his tears.
"I think I shouldn't have showed up" he said, his voice cracked.
You shook your head.
"No, now that I think about it. I got to live a better life this time. If I lived that time the I would've been in deep regret but now I have everything I lost" you said and hugged him more tightly.

"I know I never said this in this life time but I want you to know" he said and held your chin making you look into his eyes.
He wiped your tears and said.
"I love you" these three words were enough to make you feel a flood of emotions.
You tip toed and kissed him, he kissed back. He lifted you and made so that you'll be comfortable as well.
It was short yet sweet kiss.
"I love you too, Jimin. I love you a lot" Jimin smiled the most adorable smile you have ever seen. So angelic.

"This seems to be the right time and the right thing to do" Jimin said looking at you.
The next thing he did made you gasp.
He went on his knees and pulled out a small box. He opened it and there was a cute little ring.
"This is something I wanted to ask you for so long. Last time I couldn't when I really wanted to but this time I won't let that happen." Jimin said and tears were forming in your eyes.
"I fall for you head over heels all over again every time I see you." he chuckled
"We've went through a lot of ups and downs, faced so many problems but the time I spent with you was the most precious to me and it will always be. This time I promise to protect you with all I can. I think it's getting too long but I want you to know how much you mean to me." Jimin laughed and you giggled.

He  looked straight into your eyes.
"Kim Y/n, will you marry me?" he said and waited for the reply from the women he adores the most.
"Yes! I'll marry you Mr.Park" you hugged him and after he slid the ring into your finger. He ifted you up and spun you around and kissed you while smiling against your lips he broke the kiss and said.

"Let's finally get married, my love"
