42. Delivery (1)

Third person POV:

The house as a whole went into panic. It was just morning, and nobody thought that this early the water would break. They somehow had a C-section in mind and an appointment already set exactly on Taehyung's 9 months and 15 days. Which worthy of mentioning, against Taehyung's will. He kind of wanted natural birth.

It's more chaotic because Mother's day is tomorrow and Taehyung wanted to spend the day with their kids. Doing something special for the babies, such good and special babies they always are. Besides it's a concern of doctor availability today.

When Jeongguk heard Taehyung screaming, he thought it's something else. He ran to Taehyung, and saw Taehyung screaming while gushes of water leaves his lower. Jeongguk dashed into the washroom, giving Taehyung balance. He sat his spouse down on the washroom pan and started calling people on the phone. Jin is in the house,but Jeongguk couldn't leave Taehyung and go to tell Jin. Nor can Jeongguk scream, this will badly scare their children who are sleeping yet.

Jeongguk: Hyung, our bedroom. Fast. Taehyung's water broke.

And Jeongguk can already hear the running noise of feet coming up the stairs. He hugged Taehyung's head while coaxing him. "we've been here before,baby. Hold on, I'm here." Jeongguk himself was in panic, he immediately called their doctor for an emergency. Now contemplating what he should do, call 911 or drive Taehyung to the hospital himself.

Jin barged in. "Tae, when? Oh my god. This is early." Taehyung was hyperventilating, he hasn't been feeling pain that much but it's known to be coming. How he didn't notice the contractions happening regularly from yesterday! After two babies he should have known better already. But motherhood is what it is, every baby comes with different stories and tricks. You can never be prepared enough.

The contractions are coming now, with a particular time interval. Taehyung just hugged Jeongguk's waist, crushing him when the contractions are hitting. Jeongguk was discussing further things with Jin and figuring out what to do. Who'll keep the children and who and who'll go to the hospital with them.

The children should be managed, as Jeongguk will be with Taehyung in the delivery room. "I don't know Jeongguk, will they stay out?" Jin was confused, he said this while massaging Taehyung's lower back.

Taehyung: h-hyungie...mmm....they go with me. When I'm....ehhmmm.....in labor, Jimin, you and Namjoon hyung keep them. They'll....shmmm.... understand new babies.

Jeongguk: but they are just babies.
Tae, you don't tension about them. They'll be managed.

Jin: Tae-ri isn't prime concern. Concern is Hyun-woo. He isn't fond of anyone.

Jeongguk: I know hyung, I know. He's totally Taehyung dependent.

Taehyung was just crying by now. And Jeongguk thought that's enough. Jin is calling Namjoon, to come as soon as possible. And then the nanny, that she should not come today, as the unexpected happened.

Jimin was aware by now, he went to the kids after seeing Taehyung once. Taehyung was really worrying about the babies. He couldn't help instructing what to do and what their children liked. " Hyunie's blocks, take them....mmm....with. He loves them." No worries, Jeongguk will take the whole truck of toys there if that confirms his son's jolliness. No matter what, it'll break their heart if any of the children cries.

Jeongguk and Jin brought Taehyung into the bedroom, let him lay down while they rechecked the hospital bag for necessities. And that's when Hyunie woke up. Jimin brought a vehemently crying Hyunie to Taehyung. Other days he wakes up jolly, with a laugh that fills Taehyung- Jeongguk's heart. But today, the home's distress has already put him in a cranky mood.
