Hey Cassbutts what's up?

So here's another chapter!!

I have no certain updating times it's just when I feel I can write decently I do.

And yeah.

Wooh.

Okay.

---!---

Cas, Dean, and Sam were on a hunt.

Well... on their way to a hunt.

When it happened.

They had stopped for gas at an old, grimy, gas station.

"Oh come on. We can't fill baby up here!" Dean exclaimed when Sam pulled up to a cracked, red, old-fashioned pump.

Sam had driven so Dean could get some rest. Cas had just sat quietly knitting in the back seat. A hobby he had taken too quite obsessively.

They all got out, Dean filling up baby, grumbling while he did so, while Sam and Cas went to get some snacks.

It was quiet in the gas station. Almost too quiet. Not a single sound but breathing from the cashier, Sam, and Cas, and their footsteps.

They picked out some chips and beer and then paid for it, walking out.

Before they got out the door Cas accidentally knocked some gum over and bent down to pick it up as Sam went out to the car.

As soon as Sam was outside the door slammed shut.

Cas started panicking. He had left his weapons in the Metallicar.
(A/N I love that name for baby.)

"Castiel." He heard the cashier say. But the tone it was... Haniel. One of the Angels. (A/N Haniel is a legit angel btw.)

"Haniel." Cas replied turning around.

"You killed so many angels Castiel. The ones I was closest to. Remember? When you pretended to be God for a bit? As if you could lead us." (A/N season six)

Cas just stayed quiet.

"I owe them this Castiel. I owe them your death." The Angel said, advancing on Cas with a knife in hand.

"Please Haniel. Let's not do anything irrational here." Cas said, fear clear in his voice.

He suddenly heard a banging as Dean and Sam tried to get in the gas station.

"I'm sorry Castiel." Cas felt pain shoot through him as the blade sliced into his stomach.

He staggered back, pulling the blade out. But it was too late. He knew he was going to die. The blood rushed out of his stomach.

He knew he would die for good this time. No one was going to save him.

The door flew open and the boys burst in. Sam ran after the Angel, who disappeared as he got to him and Dean ran to Cas.

"Cas... It's gonna be okay you hear me? It'll be okay." he mumbled, pulling Cas to him, trying to stop the blood flow.

Cas stopped him. "It's not Dean. You always say that it'll all be okay but it's not. You and I both know I'm gonna die. I'm not coming back this time Dean." Cas said, coughing up blood.

"Cas you can't leave me... I... I love you." Dean whispered, tearing up.

"Dean... I love you too. But we both knew this day would come." Cas replied in a raspy voice.

"Cas you can't leave me. Not now. Not ever. I've lost so many people. I can't lose you too." Dean sobbed.

"I'm sorry Dean... I love you." And with that Cas stopped breathing. His heart stopped beating. Cas had fallen more than anyone. And Dean had too.

He placed a kiss on Cas' lips and closed Cas' eyes for the last time.

"Carry on my wayward son.

There'll be peace when you are done.

Lay your weary head to rest.

Don't you cry... no... more." Dean sobbed.

A Kansas song.

Dean didn't cry after that. He didn't do anything after that.

Because as much as Dean wanted to move on he couldn't. He stayed locked in the bunker. After years Sam gave up and left.

So Dean did the only thing left to do.

He drove baby to Cas' grave and took out a gun. And Dean turned that gun on himself.

He woke up in a field filled with beautiful blue flowers, the colour of Cas' eyes.

"Carry on my wayward son.

There'll be peace when you are done."

He looked up to see Cas walking towards him, trench coat and everything.

"Lay your weary head to rest.

Don't you cry no more."

And they kissed, something they would be doing for the rest of time.

---!---
Um so I did something.

#sorrynotsorry

Did you feel?

Did I make you feel?

Or are you soulless like me?

I hope you liked it!!
