After trying multiple spells I decided that I needed to contact Jessica again. I would need someone else here because she would have to possess me to communicate, so it was useful that Alaric was in the same room as me. I didn't know if I wanted him involved in this but it was the quickest solution, no harm in asking at least. 'Alaric,' I started 'I'm going to try to contact Jessica again and she will then possess me and I was wondering now if you could tell me what she says, you don't have to if its too much for you, but would you?' I was a bit surprised from his very fast reply 'of course, anything I can do to help' I then explained to him more about the spell I was going to perform and how he would know when I was possessed and also a bit of warning signs in case she never left my body.... It's unlikely but it's always better to be on the safe side.
After lighting a few candles I began the spell, I spoke the incantation 'Phesmatos Manex, Un Domo Hax, Fero Adiuvex' multiple times before it eventually worked. I felt a darkness wash over me before waking up on the ground with Alaric shaking me. 'Bonnie!' He shouted in a terrifying tone that worried me. 'What, what is it?!' I demanded instantaneously whilst getting up off the ground way too fast. He hesitated before saying 'in order to get Joe back...' He paused 'we have to free Kai from the prison world' I gritted my teeth the moment he said Kai's name and many conflicting emotions emerged masked by hatred. I could tell that Alaric felt the same. He looked at me with hope in his eyes and I said 'if it's what we have to do to get Joe back then we will...' I awaited his reply then he nodded slowly and unsurely. This is what we had to do and I was willing to do it.
