HM: Jai Hind Madam (saluting BS, who was busy training Haseena's juniors)
BS: (looking at Haseena) Jai Hind.
Tumne warm-up kiya aaj?
HM: Subah se 25 rounds, plank isse zayada aur kya warm-up ho sakta hain. (Murmuring)
BS: Sunna humne. (Glaring Haseena)
HM: Nahi, woh...woh madam hum toh bas.. (lowering her eyes)
BS: Warm up ka matlab jaanti nahi tum? Jo tumne ginwaya woh warm up nahi tha, usse punishment kehete hain.
HM: Ji madam. Rounds ke baad, humari theory classes thi aur aaj physical training ki classes bhi nahi hui toh warm-up ka time nahi milla.
BS: Theek hain, sabse pehele warm-up kar lo aur uske baad Shirshasan (head stand) ki position lo.
(All the cadets were astonished equally as Haseena was. Everyone saw the amount of physical activity the whole batch did today, was already much tiring and now this...)
BS: Yeh saza nahi hain tumhari, yeh toh bas uske pehele ki taiyari hain. Shuru karo.
HM: Aaj toh hum gaye. (Thinking in her mind)
HM: Yes madam.
(Saying this Haseena starts with her warm-up)
BS: (to cadets who were staring at Haseena) Tum sab vahi dekhte rahoge ya apni exercise bhi continue karoge? (Bringing their attention back)

Cadets start with their regular training.

Haseena completed her warm-up and asked,
HM: Madam head stand ki position kaha le?
BS: Yahi, tum woh board ka support le sakti ho.
(Pointing towards the black board which is used as score board during sports activities)
HM: Madam yaha? Aur yeh toh utna tightly fixed bhi nahi hain, maaf kijiye madam par yeh gir jaayega humare weight se.
BS: Tumhe uska support lene kaha hain, uss pe baithne nahi, thoda sa sahara leke apni body balance karo. Yeh Mat le jaao. (Giving her yoga mat)
BS: (continues) Aur yaad rahe 10 min se pehele na yeh board girna chahiye na tum. (Strictly)
HM: Ji madam.
She took a deep breath, and moved into the position

2 Cadets started whispering each other
Cadet 1: Ma'am (Haseena) ko kitna dukh raha hoga na.
Cadets 2: Babita madam hain hi itni strict, woh kaha kisi ko chhodti hain.
Cadet 1: Vahi toh, par ma'am ne bhi toh galat kiya na, toh punishment bhi toh milegi hi...
Cadet 2: Haan par aise sabke saamne nahi deni chahiye na, voh senior hain apni kaisa lagta hain.

BS: Tum dono, kya baatein ho rahi hain vaha?
Both cadets got alerted and said,
Cadet 1: Woh Madam kuch...kuch nahi bas aise hi
