Liana POV:

I thought Ina finding us again was a fluke. She didn't want to meet us, just accidentally transported herself here, no biggie, and she would leave to go back soon.

Boy, was I ever wrong.

She told us about the plans about someone hacking into the hard drive of the blueprint concoctions and serums (That Dr. Black gave her for safe keeping as she was dying; more on that later)

"I couldn't go to Dean first," Ina rolls her eyes at him as he lets out a small 'hey!' "Because he never would have agreed to come to you guys."

I nod in agreement as Dean raises an offended hand up to his heart, ever the drama king. Seriously, can't he go five seconds without thinking about anyone but himself?

Okay, full disclosure; Dean is cool. He's fun, good-looking, good at a lot of stuff... but he's just so annoying. It isn't even like I'm trying to trash him, I just get so annoyed at all of his betrayal remarks and inability to take things seriously. And, again, not trying to be snobby, but I literally thinks he's just flat-out jealous. Our rivalry came from a lot of things, but it really started from the fact that we are both people who are very confident and have a lot of pride. I mean, it's no surprise that him and Ina are friends, living together in a cramped apartment; Ina's a chill, laid back person, kind of like my brother. She won't mind eating pasta (and don't correct me) 24-7-365. If you fed me like that, I'd move out and hire a gourmet chef (a real one) to cook me different food everyday with names I can't pronounce. A French chef.

Or, hey, I haven't seen Dean in the last four years, maybe he's changed. I'm not seeing any yet, other than the fact that his muscles are bulging and his acne from 14 (He's a year older) has cleared up, but I'm open to change, just 'sayin. That's also kind of me pleading that his ego has deflated a bit, and that his pride is smaller, but you know... heh...

Anyways, I agree with Ina's statement; she was right to come to us even after I betrayed them with my decision to move away. But Canada was too small for my dreams. I wanted to be in a big, fashionable city of inspiration and dreams. Also, I'm almost broke, so New York was out of the picture.

"So... the idea is simple, right?" Heyden looks up.

"Huh?" Dean says for the second time.

"Keep up with the conversation." I roll my eyes, even though I have no idea what Heydens talking about either.

"We have to pull off a heist." Ina groans, seeing through my attempts to cover up the cluelessness, and Dean smirks at me smugly. Ugh.

"A heist?" Heyden's brown doe eyes grow wide. "I was thinking more along the lines of update the hard drive security and fire wall."

"You're so innocent." Ina shakes her head, sighing. "The only way we can be sure that they don't get their hands on the serum recipe is by getting to it ourselves."

"You mean were actually going to..." Dean's eyebrows scrunch together. "Dr. Black's husband was Japanese; they settled in his hometown... that's were the actual lab is."

"In Japan." Heyden clarifies, and both boys look at Ina like she's crazy. Which, I'm probably doing the same.

"Yep." Ina nods, not once having smiled the entire time she's been here. "Were going to Japan. Let's get Greigh, pack our things, and get going."

Because I promised that I would come to the Turner's anniversary party, I convinced everyone else to come as well. Sarah Turner's always saying I should bring friends over, and I'm not sure her anniversary party is the time, but oh well. Too late now.
