The Merge: Part 1

It seems strange now,

but remember when Ninjago was the only thing on the map?

When it was our entire world?

I used to spend all my time trying to be like my heroes,

the Ninja.

Practicing their moves, learning their poses...

I wanted to be just like them.

To protect everyone in Ninjago.

To ride dragons into adventure and mythical realms.

Mysterious lands that could only exist in legend.

But I quickly found out those legendary realms are very real.

And I was about to lose everyone that was important to me.

My neighbourhood must have been the very center of "The Merge."

But back then, we didn't know what to call it.

It was just chaos.

"Arin, get inside! It's too dangerous out there!" Yelled Arin's mother. Trying to get her son to reach the porch of their home with her husband.

"ARIN!!!!!" The mother yelled when Arin was seen taken away into the sky by the Merge.

That's when my heroes, the Ninja, arrived!

We were in so much danger, but I couldn't help but be excited.

"Hey, kid, you get lost?" Asked the Green Ninja, after saving the boy.

Before he could respond, a mech appeared to destroy the debris flying into the air.

Jay, the Lightning Ninja!

A figure was seen on the Bounty, burning everything in their path.

Kai, Fire Ninja!

Then, another Ninja appeared, using his super strength to help citizens stuck under some large debris.

Cole, Earth Ninja!

Another Ninja appeared, using her powers to lift debris and citizens onto an ice-made slide to the Bounty.

(Y/N), Light Ninja!

A white Ninja appeared on the ship, using his powers to help others in need.

Zane, Ice Ninja.

To stop anybody from falling off the ship, a water orb was created.

Nya, Water Ninja!

"Lloyd, the Legendary Green Ninja!" Arin looked at the said Ninja in utter awe.

Lloyd was tasked to bring Arin down from the ship to land.
