Crowds POV
There was a sudden noise of music, drums and trumpets, making noises as if to announce someone is here. Marching to the music.
The dancers uncovered someone standing, it seemed to be a knight, most likely the Prince's personal knight.
"Hey make way for Prince Ali~ say hey, it's Prince Ali." The marching band came in through the gates of the kingdom. The marching band was surrounded by guards protecting them, and most importantly, Prince Ali from the Desinex kingdom. Prince Ali was on a float that was covered in black gems and the occasional red gem. At the top sat Ali on a throne that was nailed down so he wouldn't fall.
As they arrived to the imperial palace, they saw the emperor and empress of the empire Prince Ali and his men came into.
The emperor and empress were on the balcony sitting on their thrones, the throne in between them that was slightly smaller but didn't have anyone in it.
Then the drummers were drumming as fast as they could.
"Welcome the crown prince of Desinex, Severus Tobias Snape." the marching band and dancers sang as the double door for the balcony was opened by two people and out came the Prince Severus of our EMPIRE. Wearing a white and gold shirt.

His shoes not showing making it look like he's floating. He walks in front of the empty throne putting his hands together and letting them go down still holding the other hand.
The marching band and dancers sang again and Prince Ali stood up he was wearing a black and red suit, black pants, and a diadem/crown like Prince Severus's except instead of gold it was black because it was made out of a unique stone only found at the bottom of the most powerful volcano in the world, and instead of white gems, it was red gems that were also unique and found at the same place as the other material except this was way way way way way way way way rarer to find.
The white gems on Prince Severus's diadem were called heaven gems which were just as rare as the red gems or also known as the hell fire gems that were on Prince Ali's diadem. Heaven gems have a myth on whoever wears them will be sent a savior when they are deeply in trouble. The gold base of the Prince Severus's diadem were called golden haven and the black base on Prince Ali's was called death gem which had a myth that whoever wore it was destined to die a brutal death but that was just a myth.
Prince Ali got off of his throne and then acrobats attached one end of a bridge to the float Prince Ali was in and jumped to the balcony and attached the other side there.
Prince Ali walked up the bridge to the balcony and two servants who were behind him went in-front of him, jumped down the fence of the balcony and went on the ground on all fours and Prince Ali walked down their backs and onto the balcony floor.
The marching band and dancers were finishing singing during when Prince Ali got something out of his pocket and kneeled in front of Prince Severus and opened the thing that was in his pocket. It was a ring.

Prince Ali mouthed something and Prince Severus waited a bit and then mouth something, tears spilling we assume it's happy tears because he just got engaged
