James's POV
He said what?
No way he, loves me back!? Oh god I think I'm gonna faint of the love for him I feel right now, wait I need to give him a response. I've been silent this whole time.
"J-James? Sorry, I shouldn't hav-" Severus started before James kissed him.
"I love you too, my Prince." Said James, breaking the kiss and grinning at Severus.
Severus kissed him again.
"Oh... we're gonna have to keep this a secret cause of your marriage, huh?" Said James, Severus sighed, and got up.
"Yes, I guess so. We need to be more careful when we want to interact intimately. And for all they know, we became close friends." Said Severus.
"Mhmm, but also, can I tell the other marauders please? Cause they know I had a crush on you for ages and with the fact that your getting married to someone else, I was sad, so they won't believe it if I say that I'm ok with you getting married to someone else and that were just friends now." Said James, very, very, quickly.
"Woah, slow down James, and yes you can tell the marauders, and ONLY them and they have to swear to not tell anyone else without both of our permission." Said Severus Sternly.
"Fine. Fine. But what abou-?" Started James before he was cut off.
"No."
The next day (James went to his room that was next and was connected to Severus's room.)
Knock knock, someone was knocking on the door.
"Prince Severus, your dress is ready and we have to make adjustments for it and we need you so we can make sure it's the right size." Evelyn's voice was heard from behind the door.
"Yes, and after that you and Ali will meet up in the dining hall to have dinner and make some the wedding plans." Said another voice, this time male.
Severus and James got off the bed and fixed their hair.
"Be right there Evelyn and Max!" Shouted Severus before walking up to the door with James and opening it.
Evelyn was there with a man that had dark skin, chocolate brown hair, and emerald green eyes. He was wearing a butler outfit and overall looked fancy.
"Oh yeah, James this is Max, the royal butler." Said Severus, gesturing towards the butler named Max.
"Ok enough with introductions you wedding is in 3 weeks, and we aren't done with the dress yet!" Exclaimed Evelyn, she was holding a box that she then put on the bed and opened it to bring a dress out.

'Welp, it looks good to runaway in, and by runaway I mean runaway from my wedding and never come back.' Severus thought in his mind.
"Try it on." Said James, smiling at Severus, who just went to the dress and took it and headed to the closet to change.
Severus came out and looked beautiful.
"Hmm, you look great but the waist needs some adjustments but other than that it's good, do you want me to do anything?" Asked Evelyn to Severus.
"Can you make the actual dress shorter, I don't want to trip on it or it to get stuck onto anything." Explained Severus, Evelyn nodded and then went to Severus to make the adjustments.

"Alright all done, I'm gonna take your wedding dress for safekeeping and will give it to you on the day of your wedding." Said Evelyn before folding the dress gently and putting into the box and then leaving.
"Alright then your majesty, dinner then wedding planning, follow me both of you." Said Max and then leading them to the dining hall.
Severus sat at one of the seats at the end of the table while James was instructed to sit next to him but more at a 90 degree angle.
Then the food came and it looked like as feast, chicken, salad, meat, sushi, you name it.
"Part of your job is to taste the Prince's food before he eats, to make sure it isn't poisoned." Said Max taking a bit of Severus's food with a fork and giving it to James.
"And what happens if it's poisoned?" Said James nervously.
"Then you will be poisoned and not the heir, basically cause you're less valuable than the Prince." Said Max flatly? Not caring if it offended James.
James took a bite of the food that was on the fork that was given to him and what happened?

"Mmm, this is really good." Said James
(Sorry I just had to make a pause)
After finishing eating.
"Your fiancé is waiting for you in the other room, I will be escorting you and him there, follow me." Said Max and when they got there, Ali was sitting there amused.
"Why hello there my dear, fiancée." Said Ali, smirking at Severus, but then that smirk turned into a smile when he saw James.
"Who's this." Asked Ali glaring at James.
"That's my personal bodyguard." Answered Severus before sitting down across from Ali and James standing behind him.
"Hmm ok then, let's start planning the celebration of our marriage." Said Ali.
After a few hours of wedding planning.
"Alright that's enough for today, tomorrow we will taste some wedding cakes and decide the flavor and design for them." Said Ali and then getting up.
Severus got up and then turned to James.
"Alright let's go, I already have a headache from listening to him talk for hours and hours on end." Severus said before heading to his room with James walking beside him.
Severus collapsed on the bed and then sighed dramatically putting his arm on his forehead.
"Oh how a horrible day this has been! If only someone would kiss me." Said Severus dramatically.
James kissed him.
"Oh now it's not so bad." Said Severus making James chuckle.
