Chapter 41

With Jorah gone, and Smithy being no where, I was on my way to Danys quarters to ask about Smithy and to check up on her. Walking in I see her and Tyrion sitting with Tyrion pouring himself and her a glass of wine. I pause as they look up at me, my brown orbs meets violet ones. The sight of heartbreak still lingers behind them, but also the love that she held in. But she kept her composure and straightens her posture before speaking in a cold yet calm tone.

"Yes Captain?" My heart tightens of her calling me that, I miss my old nick name. I clear my throat before responding.

"Sorry for the interruption, Your Grace, but I was wondering if you've seen my first mate? He disappeared after the fight, I need to speak to him about the fleet." I said folding my hands behind my back. She gives me a concerned look.

"If everything alright?" She asks. In the corner of my eye I see Tyrion looking at the both of us with a confused face.

"Everything is fine, I just need to go over what's needs to be done before the brethren court arrives." She nods.

"The Brethren Court? What is that some kinda Pirate code?" Tyrion asks. Making me and Dany chuckle, he looks at us in confusion.

"No, even though we do have a Code that we must live by, the Brethren Court is made up by the best Pirates that have ever sailed the sea. I, being their Queen, must contact them and let them know when to arrive." I explained, Dany smiles and nods. Signaling that I am excused, I bow to her. Knowing full well that she hates it when I do. My eyes locking to hers, while I smirked. She glared at me like when a mother warns her children, making me wanna laugh. I wink her way, making her blush, I leave the room with a smile on my face.

After a while of walking I hear the sound of laughter coming from Grey Worms chambers. Curious I take a peak into the room. There was Smithy in his usual Pirate attire, minus the coat, laughing with Misanndei and Grey worm. With Grey Worm still in bed, and Missandei and Smithy on either side of the bed. Standing in the door way, I lean and cross my arms before clearing my throat.

"Ah Captain!! We were just talking about you!" Says Smithy with his arms stretched out. I chuckle and shake my head.

"All good things I hope. Especially if their coming from you Smithy." I said pointing at Smithy who just smiles, while Missandei laughs and Grey Worm chuckles. Clearing my throat I stand up straight and looked at the two.

"You wounded mind if I steal Mr. Charismatic would you?" I ask, both of them shake their heads with a small smile on their face. I send a friendly smile at them, while taking Smithy by the ear and pulling him out of the room.

"Ow, ow, ow, Hey I'm still injured here!! Anne!!!" He whines as I pulled him out of the room by his ear. I held onto his ear in a tight grip as we passed the throne room to make it outside. Still holding his ear, I pull him towards the dock where my baby was being cleaned and ready to set sail to pick up some more Rum and Supplies. When we got to the Raider I pulled him to my cabin, waving at my crew as I did so, before letting go of Smithy's ear. He winces, rubbing his red ear, while giving me a pout.

"Did you really have to yank that hard? You could've told me where we were going." He complained still rubbing his ear. I walk to my desk and lean my hands on the table. Looking at the map with full focus.

"Yeah well, then it wouldn't be that fun." I shrugged. I place the Black Pearl a bit closer to Meereen but she was still far out, along with the other pirate lords. However, Swans ship was as a stand still.

"I see the Pirate Lords are already a few months in. That's good, gives us enough time to prepare the crew. Though, we haven't heard anything from Swan." He states looking down at the map with me. I sigh.
