16 - Home

I shot up from the hard floor of the Capsule Corp ship.

"AGH!" I heard a familiar voice scream behind me. "You're alive?!"

"Bulma?!" I rub my eyes as if I'd just been in a deep sleep. "Alive? I was dead?" I question confused.

"Not sure about dead, definitely thought you'd broken your neck or something..." She rubbed her neck.

"Oh." I look around. "Wait. Where is everyone- Piccolo? Is he- okay?" I pan to Piccolo who was lying beside me almost in pieces.

"You've missed a lot." Bulma shivered.

"It's dark outside... agh!" The ground started to violently shake.

"Don't worry- we'll be fine!" She sounded unsure herself.

"Gohan, Goku, Krillin?" I try to get up on my two feet, felt like I was learning all over again.

"Oh! Um... Goku is fighting Frieza, Gohan has went after them and... Krillin..." Bulma answered but panned off at the end looking to the ground. I took the message and sighed and closed my eyes in respect.

"I must find Frieza." I looked at the door.

"What?! Are you insane?!" The shaken planet became more aggressive to the point where we have to shout to one another over the deafening sound of thunder and crushing terrain.

"Gohan at least?" I frown.

"Be quick! I don't want to be left with Piccolo alone any longer than I have to." I nod to Bulma and bolt out the door.

"Gohan!" I yelled but swiftly flew to the left as what seemed to be lava shot up next to me. "What the hell is happening."

But then with that I felt a flash of white fill the void.

The dark sky turned to a light blue, as if I was on an entirely different planet... wait...
It takes a while for my eyes to adjust to the bright skies but after a few blinks I smell the familiar air and breeze.

"Where-" I feel a hug.

"Y/N!" Gohan smiles. I look down confused.

"We're at Earth! You came a bit late, only by a few minutes, it seemed to have teleported everyone here one by one." Gohan continues.

"Goku?" I look at him.

"He's still fighting Frieza. I Know he'll be fine though! My dad isn't losing to the likes of him!" Gohan smiled with confidence. I gave a light smile and soft laugh.

"He'll be just fine." I fix some of Gohan's hair. Gohan gives a smile and looks at a figure behind me without any emotion. I see a shadow towering us and I turn around.

Everyone must have been revived. If I knew this was going to be the plan I wouldn't have said everything I did then.

"Hey..." I said awkwardly standing up as Gohan walked over to Dende around a nearby tree in the surrounding forest.

"Hey." Vegeta had his arms crossed looking to the ground.

It consisted of a few seconds of silence till we looked at each other. As he stood, I just pulled him into a hug, he didn't really react besides from a 'tsk'. "You scared me." I sigh.

"I know."

I let go and take a few steps back.

"Where are we?" He looked up to the surrounding leaves.

"Earth. The place I told you about." I walked to peak from a nearby tree with a field and mounter in the distance. He just replied with a humph and crossed his arms and began to sit by a nearby rock facing the other Namekians and my friends.
