As the sun sleeps and the moon awakens, a day becomes yet another memory. Do you ever think about whether you've fulfilled that day, whether you did everything you wanted to do, or say what you wanted to say? Everyone will have regretted a day lived every once in a while, but it should not be something worth forgetting. It should be used for growth, to understand the future better.
Who knows why everyone has terrible days. Is it too much to ask for a good day everyday? Maybe it's because we're getting older and developing different ideas and expectations for ourselves, or we're living younger, developing a fever for being too immature.
Either way, you have to let it go.
