Ch.9

Lili's:

I took a five minute shower. I smelled like coconut. My favorite. I'm getting a whole day with Niall. I can't believe it.

Today called for actually trying not to look like an uncultured swine.  I also didn't want to smell bad or seem to rude.  I basically just need to change who I am and I'll be good.

I changed into some black leggings, and a pink and white aeropostal shirt.  I put on my black, and white converse that have too short laces to tie. I put on some mascara and a little bit of lipstick. I grabbed my purse, and swung it over my neck. I looked in the mirror. I actually feel pretty. For the first time in forever.

I ran down the stairs. Skipping the last two steps of course. I am so excited. I can't wait.  Although there was something inside me that made me feel so bad for the way I've been acting.

I finished an apple when Niall finally came down. I was not going to eat anymore than that. Niall took longer than me. I took thirty minutes to get ready. Niall took like fourty, that has got to say something and I will forever wonder why he took so long.

He was wearing red skinny jeans and a black hoodie. I have to admit. He is kinda cute. I'm not saying that like 'omg I have a crush on one of my new dads'.  He's just better looking than I had always seen him as.

First, we went to the mall.  Niall had to put on a beenie and sunglasses to keep from being seen.  I have to say it felt a little awkward because no one knew I existed and they would if we were caught.

Niall tried to get me some TOMS but I actually don't like boots or those.  I prefer hightops and converse and vans.  My shoe type is pretty basic.

We went every store. But only had seven bags. Two had dresses in them. Niall insisted on buying dresses. I don't know why.

On our way home. I saw pet smarts. I want a puppy. "You want a pet?" Niall asked. I didn't know I was staring. But I nod.

As we drive in the parking lot, I noticed that it said free dogs. Now they won't have to pay. Only for the dogs essentials.

This must be my lucky day. 

I get out.  Together we walk into the store.  It's actually more huge than I'm use to. 

I notice puppy's in a play pen.  The sign called them free.  I smiled until I saw a hurt puppy.  Those people don't take care of them?!

I take off running to my future dog.  I pick the curly friend up and pet him until he licks my face.  It makes me laugh.

" Why didn't you wa-" I heard Niall say before he sees the dog.

Him. I smiled. I'll name him.....Total. That's a cute name. Since you can't put a price on him. I can tell he likes me.

As we walk away to go get things I look back at the others. They're all just barking and playing without a care in the world.  They honestly make me want to by them all.

But I can't, not yet.

We by his essentials and go home. I take pictures of him for snapchat.  I take multiple.  He's just so adorable I can't help it.

Instantly I get replies.  A couple people sent a picture of their animals and it makes me smile.

The boys don't know I have a snap chat. I don't plan on telling them anytime soon. They might get mad.  Since I could accidentally leak where we are.

When we get home, everyone loves Total.

"Awwww." They all say. I agree.

I smile.

He tries to hug me, I push him away.  But Niall hugs me anyway.
